I am seeing it again in 15 days, only this time i'm seeing it on stage. Hopefully, it will be a different and exciting experience seeing it at a different view point.

Is tonight Krysta's first time as Wendla? If so, good luck to her. Hopefully they'll be reviews on BWW

I also just saw the show for the first time on Saturday, April 7, 2:00. I had been listening to the music for months and had gotten seats on stage. It was simply amazing. The music, the cast, and the lighting(!) were all astonishing. John Gallagher Jr is basically me hero. But really, I got chills throughout most of the play from all of the actors.
Sitting on stage was really fun! My friend sat next to one of the seats that the castmembers would sit in, and it was just very exciting. I saw everyone at the stage door, and they were all so warm and friendly. Now I just need to see it again!

"Is tonight Krysta's first time as Wendla?"
No she went on unplanned a few weeks ago. I heard she was fantastic. Go to TheGuiltyOnes.org for reviews that will be up later. In fact, there's already a few up of Krysta going on the first time.

James, I was there, too!
Only in the mezz... Great show.
Gerard was an excellent Otto and I was so glad to FINALLY see Frances go on.
I heard Krysta wasn't so good today...

I saw it a second time last night I am so glad that the cast is starting to have more fun with their roles especially John Jr. I was not however a fan of Gerard at all he just seemed to be missing something. But big props for frances...there is a lot that comes with her part and she did a great job.

^ Frances has improved from what I've heard.
She's so funny. I love her, miles better than Christine.

Yeah, Krysta was ungood. Very. Which is (I guess) sort of understandable...but certain things, like frequently going flat, and not being able to sustain a lot of the singing are hard to forgive...hopefully she'll improve with time.

At the stagedoor yesterday she said she was so nervous.
She said on March 18th she was on auto-pilot, so she couldn't try anything in the role, but she hoped to do some things different than Lea today.
Guess they didn't work.

I saw SA for a second time on saturday the 7th at 2. I thought Lea Michele has a very nice voice but she is not an actress. It got pretty annoying the way she talked the whole time. John Gallagher Jr is SO AMAZING! Best in the cast by far. I actually liked Gerard better as Otto then Brian Charles Johnson just becuase of that one line in totally Fu*ked. Gerard said so naturally and I thought it was actually funny. But when Brian says it it sounds so forced or so "broadway." Don't get me wrong Brian has a great voice but that one line just annoys me and also Gerard has a great voice too (I think as good as Brians.) But the show is so so amazing.

I actually had no problem with Krysta's acting abilities or choices...but her singing was just not at the level it should have been.

SPOILERS!
I saw Easter Sunday's evening show, specifically to see Krysta's performance. Her acting was wonderful- a more complex, darker slant on Wendla- the beating scene especially was very powerful. Her singing seemed tentative at first, but got progressively stronger, and her performance of Whispering had me in tears. Johnny Gallagher was even more amazing than usual tonight. He so embodies Moritz- he's got the whole package- acting, singing, terrific physicality and timing.
I also enjoyed Gerard's Otto- he has a such a terrific voice.
Frances' scene with Krysta as she learns her daughter is pregnant
was absolutely gripping. She is particularly effective as Wendla's mother.

I've heard Krysta has been doing a fabulous job. Some people are actually a bit disappointed Lea is coming back. Anyways Jonathan's going to be on One Life To Live tomorrow.

Jonathan was on today, it was just a very very brief appearance. He said maybe 3 or 4 lines while these two girls were fighting. I can't believe I sat through a soap opera, I can't stand them.

I saw Krysta at the Sunday Matinee and she was AMAZING!!!! Her voice is definately different than Lea's but equally fantastic in it's own right. Kinda of folksy and soulful rather than the usual boring musical theatre soprano and her acting was FAR superior to Lea's. Her subtle, believable portrayal of Wendla had me in tears more than once during the show. Lea is more perfect and plastic and Krysta is more vunerable and real. You care more about her Wendla. Loved the show. Loved Krysta
