Telecharge different availability Mobile Site vs Desktop site?

Hi

I'm looking at tickets for Back to the future, and on my mobile it shows seats available that don't show as available on my desktop PC. Is this normal, or a glitch? Do the two versions have different allocations?

Also the desktop site shows row A as front row orchestra, but on mobile site there are rows aa,bb in front of it?

Telecharge is such an old ticketing site. The Shuberts need to look for another ticketing platform to use.

The idea is to work and to experiment. Some things will be creatively successful, some things will succeed at the box office, and some things will only - which is the biggest only - teach you things that see the future. And they're probably as valuable as any of your successes. -Harold Prince

lol I think Shuberts own Telecharge so definitely cheaper for them to use their own ticketing service than outsource it to Ticketmaster or seatgeek.

They are, indeed, the parent company.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Ok, I appreciate the clarity. I forgot the Shuberts owned Telecharge, so there’s no need to be sassy. That being said, there needs to be some major fixes to the platform as I’m sure we’ve all had problems with it in the past.

When you own the platform that people have to use to purchase tickets there's little incentive to improve it to bring it to modernity.

*Also gestures around to the site we're currently on...*

Whaaa?! I've bought what I thought were front row for January via the desktop and now I'm finding out that row 'A' is actually the THIRD row? *gutted*
