No clues as to what's going in the Kerr, Nederlander and Simon?
It's nice to know that a RAGTIME transfer is looking likely. Isn't A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC a Roundabout show? I imagine it's going into one of their houses once the respective limited engagements at their theatres close.

How cool would it be if Brighton Beach went into the Neil Simon?
And "Burn the Floor" is a limited run - I'm sure something else will take the Longacre.
Where do you think Sister Act, La Cage and Sunset will go to?
Well because SISTER ACT and SUNSET both are only rumors, I think it's kinda crazy to predict what theater they'll go into. Because they may not come at all.
LA CAGE, I thought, would go into the Circle in the Square but because OUR TOWN may be going there, who knows?
I think SISTER ACT is pretty much set to transfer at some point, I think what we don't know yet is whether it's this season or not.

Catch Me if You Can is a sure thing as well unless it's a total disaster.
NIGHT MUSIC is a commercial production.
Well I'm talking about coming THIS season.
Sure they'll both make it to Broadway at some point but it may not be in the 2009-2010 season.
Gotcha, Wickedrocks.
I forgot that Roundabout is no longer producing A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC and we're getting the Trevor Nunn production, yawn.

Is Love Never Dies still going into the Simon?
I thought I read that Catch Me If You Can wanted the Simon as well.
What about Pure Country? Last thing announced was that it would be arriving in Spring 2010.
Wasn't PURE COUNTRY announced for this past season too? I wonder if it's even coming to NY.
Barrymore - Race
Longacre - Burn the Floor
O'Neill - Fela!
Shubert - Memphis
St. James - Finian's Rainbow
Jacobs - God of Carnage
Friedman - Royal Family
Studio 54 - Wishful Drinking
American Airlines - After Miss Julie
Henry Miller's - Bye Bye Birdie
Hilton - Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark
So that leaves: Cort, Broadhurst, Lyceum, Neil Simon, Belasco, Circle in Square, Longacre (eventually), Jacobs (eventually), and let's be honest the Booth, Golden, Music Box, and Kerr open at some point next season.
Will ROA, Mermaid, and 9 to 5 make it all the way through the new year?
My guess is that SISTER ACT is going to move in the fall of next year.
Patina Miller is contracted with the London production through May of 2010, so it would be feasible if she finished a complete run there and went into rehearsals that summer in preparation for a stateside launch to kick off next season.
Whoopi Goldberg said on The View that she thought it would be in New York "in the fall" when she made the initial announcement, but I got the impression she was taking a stab in the dark.
How do you turn off the dark?
I'm sure God of Carnage will be recast, so I wouldn't factor the Jacobs into this discussion.

PURE COUNTRY has been upcoming for a long time, since 2006 I think... they even performed at Broadway in Bryant Park last summer. But now that they have a star (Joe Nichols), I'd assume they're actually getting ready to open in 2010.

What booked the Kerr for this fall?

That is quick for a revival of Ragtime.

Sister Act transfering is something the producers would like, but something that is still dependant on it being success in London. I don't think that will come over until the next season (end of 2010 earliest)
What about "First Wives Club" - isn't that coming in Autumn 2009? Shubert? Neill Simon? Broadway? I'm looking forward to this show coming in.
Finian's Rainbow, I'm still uncertain if this will definatrly happen! It won't last long I doubt if it does.
Dirty Dancing plays at a Nederlander Theatre in the UK so perhaps this will move into the Nederlander Theatre replacing Guys and Dolls
A Little Night Music is definatly coming in later in the year... i'm sure it'll find a theatre as it dosen't need a huge venue at all...same with La Cage and Sunset.
I think Phantom 2 also dosen't have a venue - I think Webber wants the Neil Simon but i doubt the have let him have it especially if he isn't planning on opening it now until about this time next year - plus nothing is concrete at all yet with that show - typical Webber.
I'm not sure Shrek will last past the Summer tourism...

RAGTIME- is going to the St.James.
Finian's Rainbow booked the St. James.
Well, we now know that A Little Night Music will play a Jujamcyn theater.

Does that mean the Fela!/O'Neill rumors are wrong, or do we think it will take the Walter Kerr? I would LOVE to see it in a house as intimate as the Kerr.
A Little Night Music might take the Walter Kerr. It's an appropriate house for this production. There's almost no set (a row of mirrored french doors), and in a theatre any larger than the Walter Kerr, the production would barely register.
Those are really the only two options. I don't see Hair, Finian's Rainbow, or Jersey Boys closing by November/December.
I think it would fit nicely into the Walter Kerr and like you said the O'Neill/Fela! connection has been mentioned for a while now.
I'd love for NIGHT MUSIC to take the Walter Kerr, perhaps because it's where I saw GREY GARDENS which impressed me with its sophistication, but I find the Kerr itself to be such a classy, elegant theatre (which is kind of absurd to say since really most Broadway theatres are, but it's my personal thing) that I find it quite fitting for NIGHT MUSIC.
