Tenants for the Schoenfeld, Nederlander, Lyceum, Broadhurst and Belasco are still yet unannounced. I would imagine LCT's production of "in the next room (the vibrator play)" will take the Belasco. Circle in the Square apparently has OUR TOWN.
The Kerr and Music Box contain bubble shows, as does the Golden. And doesn't 2nd Stage's contract with the Hayes begin this season? Updated On: 6/10/09 at 09:43 AM
The Nederlander and Walter Kerr are both booked for fall. Second Stage's deal for the Helen Hayes wouldn't go into effect until late in 2010, from what I'm hearing.

I would guess that Everyday Rapture would take the Hayes when Second Stage owns it. And, from what I understand that doesn't take place until sometime in 2010.
But, I do wonder how well 39 Steps is doing. It is a show that has transfered twice during its commercial run and I do know that these days it isn't cheap to transfer a show regardless of the size. So I guess that what I am asking is that for arguments sake if 39 steps is doing well would Second Stage kick them out so that they could put in one of their own shows?

The 39 Steps is doing fairly well- the BO will fluctuate, but it's a dirt cheap show to run. However, I could easily see it closing after winter at the latest.
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."
I could see Everyday Rapture being the first show that plays in the Helen Hayes when Second stage owns it. However, I feel that it would have to be a limited run. I can't see the show being nothing more then a limited run due to it being basically a one woman show.

Pianolin717, hedge your bets on SUPERIOR DONUTS taking The Music Box (though that's just an educated guess.)
Yankeefan, you can add SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK going into The Hilton to your list.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.
The rumor on ATC today is that the producers have secured all the proper funds and have sent out breakdowns to agents for auditions in NY and LA for late July/ early August.
The next step for them is securing a house.

Ragtime needs a musical house and the Kerr is too small - and plus, the Kerr is booked with another fall show. Ragtime looks likely to come in, but it will be either in October or in January, depending upon when an appropriate musical house opens up. The Neil Simon is being held for another show, so it is unavailable.
