Yes - the Sweet Smell of Success thread seems to have disappeared with the last posts following the matinee yesterday. I can read it in “Search” but can’t reply or see it on the message board.
Any way to bring the missing threads back?
eta: it appears to be back but can’t be opened - clicking on the link just takes me back to the message board menu

Hey mods: if someone can circumvent a ban within hours by merely creating a new account with a new email- and they can freely do this dozens of times over the span of months- then you do realize this totally undermines the punitive nature of banning and even the idea of having any kind of rules here at all, right?
Stop fiddling with nice but meaningless quality of life fixes and actually do something for the security of this board.

Well, now on my Chromebook the dark mode went away except in the center with the board topics. Black background with red text. Can hardly read the non red text. It's now doing it on my Pixel phone.

Same just happened to me- I’m on Safari on my iPhone. It’s never done this before.

My screen also went to dark mode, which I hate. I'm on boring old Chrome, whatever the latest update is. Saying "no" to dark mode in settings doesn't work. Help.

Seems to be fixed now, but not holding my breath!

Just went to dark mode for me. Like, it changed in ten minutes after switching tabs.

The upvote button is not working. I get an error message saying to login. I am already logged in and the upvote button does not work.

Melissa, it does work just as long as you are in the actual thread, not just reading in the "latest posts" tab.

Up vote isn't working for me either. It says to please login, even though I'm already logged in. I tried logging out and back in but it didn't help.

I still keep getting logged out, mere minutes after logging in and selecting the “stay logged in” feature.
Any ideas…?

It's bizarre what the moderators actually decide to moderate around her. Would love an answer about this as this person is now creating a new profile/account/username almost daily now.

Something wonky is going on with the HK closing thread. Page breaks are requiring more posts to trigger, posts are disappearing when page breaks happen, and the reported number of replies on the main board is fewer than the actual number of replies in the thread (it’s saying there are 75 when there are 82 numbered posts).

I've lost access to my account that I started in 2005. When I try to use the "forgot password" button I get a "Not Found" response.
