I renewed my membership a couple days ago but am unable to see any offers- anyone else having the same issue? I emailed customer service but haven’t gotten a response yet. I’ve been a member for years but have never actually purchased a ticket.

I realize this was a post from last month, but just replying to say that Buena Vista has been on TDF before. I picked up tix back in September 2025 for a November performance. Seats were excellent: N1 & N3.

I got tickets for Stranger Things in early July and was mid-center orch! Great seats.

Yes! It's awful.
When shows appear available for me, the ticket price is listed as $0 and when I add tickets to my cart, the site tells me my cart is empty.
This redesign is a mess.

Got Orchestra B111 tonight. Ordinarily a $256 premium seat, according to the ticketing page, but I couldn't see any of the scares that happened in the upstairs doorway.
Seat was incredible otherwise though, too bad that show has such finicky sightlines.

I was C 7 and 9 at Paranormal Activity and I agree with the previous poster. Couldn't see much upstairs and it was disappointing when you'd hear the rest of the audience react to something that was happening, but ultimately didn't really miss anything that impacted the story too much, and most of the action took place on the bottom level where it was fantastic to see the actors up close.

TDF is getting out of control with the fees. An extra $12.50 for one ticket feels unreasonable to me.

How can the website be that glitchy? There’s a new problem every week. I still don’t get why they changed it at all. It was simple and not particularly attractive but it worked just fine.

This will also be my last year with TDF. Very limited selections and higher prices aren’t worth it.
