1. August Wilson: Vacant after Paranormal Activity closes January 3rd.
2. Booth: Vacant after Downstate closes January 10th.
3. Broadhurst: Vacant after It's A Wonderful Life closes January 3rd.
4. Hudson: Vacant after Other Desert Cities closes January 17th.
5. Imperial: Vacant after 360 closes January 3rd.
6. Lena Horne: Vacant after Six closes January 3rd.
7. Longacre: Vacant after Two Strangers closes November 29th.
8. Sondheim: Vacant after & Juliet closes January 3rd.
9. Music Box: Vacant after Inter Alia closes February 21st. (maybe it will extend?)
10. Studio 54: Vacant after Rocky Horror closes February 28th. (maybe it will extend?)

Vacant this Fall - Majestic, St. James (until Dolly starts previews)

Two announced shows without assigned theatres, Three Days of Rain and the Cat on a Hot Tin Roof revival, although I read somewhere Cat might not happen at all.

We just entered October. Spring is 6 months away. A lot can happen. Chill out. Enjoy the now.

Given how short the run for The Heart is, I have to assume they are doing a quick test run before a quick Broadway transfer to the Sondheim or Studio 54. It’s rumored Benjamin Button is transferring to the Hudson

Their socials have been ACTIVE to the point that I have to assume an announcement is very imminent? Otherwise I'm not really sure what the strategy is.

I think it's very possible that 3-5 of the following houses will also become vacant by the end of January.

It could be a bleak winter.

I believe it was rumored earlier on the board that the West End transfer of All My Sons had eyed the Belasco (though it'll certainly have options.)

Am curious about the breakeven for Paranormal Activity - the early numbers have been solid and word of mouth appears strong. Also Blumhouse has a *massive* social following and is putting their energy behind it, hopefully attracting people who don't usually go to theatre.

If it stays steady, could see it totally extending into the New Year (though having a successful Halloween season + last weeks through the holidays / closing strong as scheduled is nothing to be unhappy about.)
