If there are royalties involved, more power to all of 'em!
Green is a highly underutilized shade.
For a reason.

It might start a new make-up trend.

It's not quite as bad as those nail varnishes that were named after Broadway shows. But still.. weird.

Oh Christ. Call me when they start selling Wicked spiked codpieces. There would be some wicked, for ya.

Sounds fun! And why not? I think it's a great idea.
Oh goody, peach lip gloss!!
I should buy some for my friend.
Do you guys think these will only be sold at the Sephora in Times Square or at Sephoras all across the country?
I think it's cute, what the heck, right? If they have the money to produce it - go for it. The worst that could happen is that no one buys them. It would be no worse than RENT launching a RENT-themed clothing line, which I'm surprised they haven't done yet.......
I think at Sephoras outside of New York they should change it to a "Wizard of Oz" themed line, but whatever....

There WAS a Rent clothing line launched right after it opened. I recall Adam Pascal saying he personally had to draw the line at that. I can't remember which store had the Rent Boutique, but the irony of paying big bucks to look like your favorite homeless Broadway character was not lost on many.
I can't believe people would buy Wicked cosmetics... but then again I can't believe that there are barricades at the stage door or that hundreds of people wait there after performances. I feel like Elaine Benes when everybody was eating candy bars with a knife and fork: "What is WRONG with you people? Has the whole world lost its MIND?"
Rent did do a clothing line at Bloomigdales once
Come on Namo, if you were a young school girl again, you would buy them, I know it!

There used to be a Viacom store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago that sold TV related merchandise and had a whole line of Clueless cosmetics. Considering that Glinda is played very much like Cher in Clueless, I wouldn't be at all shocked to find the same company making the Wicked cosmetics. I am sure those who will want to purchase these things will, demographically speaking, be a modern-day overlap of the clueless community.
This isn't really Broadway but when Moulin Rouge came out either Bloomingdales or Christian Dior came out with a makeup line inspired by the movie
I think it's a really cute idea. I wish they would show a picture of the make-up.
I know the OPI nailpolish people produced a Broadway-themed nail polish line. I think the shows were "RENT" "Movin Out" "La Boheme" "Man of La Mancha" "Mamma Mia" and there was one more, but I can't remember it. They were really cute, though...

The FindingNamo (tm) brand nailpolish only gets applied to one specific fingernail.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
The HUSSY (TM) vasseline applicator is available on the home shopping network.
Maybe ASSASSINS should consider a make-up line..."Bloodstain blush", for those dangerous nights! "Pistol-Whipped Pink" when you want to start a riot! "Garfield Gangerine Green" eye shadow!
I'd buy THAT
