After the day I just had, that made me laugh like crazy. Thanks Anthony. :)

Yay! Anthony's back! Can I just say how much we've missed you? lol
And, please, don't appologize. We owe you for doing this. No appologies needed
I just copied the 5-ton plant line into an AIM convo with a non-theater obsessed friend, and he got very confused lol. Great line!

Hey! I've got a life; I've been reading different drafts of the RENT screenplay for the past few hours.
So much for that. xD H'whatevah.
It's good to hear (see?) from you again, Anthony! Best of luck in writing and being eaten. We heart you.

Don't upset Audrey's stomach, Anthony.
I'm glad you haven't left us; we understand the crappy internet situation.
Good luck with your book, and let us know when it's going to be published, alright? Have a nice trip.

I triple the jealous tendency... just a bit...hehe
While I'm very grateful to be relatively near to NYC, I would like to see the tour sooner than later... maybe before, you know, December 12th...
(...but at least I'll still try to see it in Philly come March...)
I also second the wondering what it's like to get eaten by a five-ton plant. --> I prithee, do tell :)
**Hehe why *am* I describing how to say the post title...
...and Power Rangers? I was totally one of those kids that came home from school in like first grade ready to watch... *now it's nostalgia*

Aww... I didn't mean to make anyone feel old (if it's a bad connotation though it shouldn't be :) )
(though thinking that you--BEKA-- were one at the time makes me feel older too...it's getting to be over ten years ago now! Where did the time go anyway? Scary...)
Enough sidetracking...Back to the topic *with gameshow/tabloid host enthusiasm*
Actors who regularly get eaten by five-ton plants and (yes folks, miraculously so!) live to tell about it!

nah I'm just saying I feel old, cuz dang I was in high school when the power rangers first popped up.. And here you guys are talking about being in first grade.. wow.. that's crazy..
I was just saying yesterday that I'm still a teenager. This is wrong, I am not in my late 20's.. I'm still a teenager.. **looks mortified**

#743Life moves pretty fast...
Posted: 11/16/04 at 10:01pm
It all passes by so quickly (and this coming from junior in hs, but still, those vivid memories of "playing house" and etc during class time? Priceless....and fleeting further and further from the present ever single moment... definitely gives chills when you actually realize how quickly its all gone by no matter how old you are--its when you start realizing how fast it moves and how much is behind you...*digs self into philosophical hole*)
Enough for speaking of passed times... more about man eating plants! (Woohoo! hehe)
random closing thought....Why *did* they give us naptime in kindergarten anyway-- you *really* need it when you're in highschool...not kindergarten...
edit:
heh..i took so long to post this (hiding it in the browser and seeing it upon getting ready to close IE... I have no clue *exactly* why but the wierd vowels may be because I changed the subject from what Anthony had set as the subject of his last post "Aieieie"...or something to that effect, and because it had been the topic of a handful of other posts, I felt like changing it in mine to another sound...then it got changed by someone else...then me again (because the voice of a violin and orchestra teacher flew into my head) ...then you changed it...and now it's a Ferris Bueller quote.

#744New and taking a chance
Posted: 11/17/04 at 12:46am
Okay, so I have been warned not to get all gushy and mushy on these boards otherwise you people will tear me to shreds so to speak, but hey since its Anthony Rapp I think I'll take a chance.
Now Im not sure if Im still allowed to post in here because it's kinda old but oh well.
Anthony, I just wanted to say that I am HUGE fan of yours! I think your talents are incredible and you should always do what you're doing now. I listen to your CD all the time, and Rent and YAGMCB and I love you in everything!! I'm the kind of fan who likes to fast foward scenes in A Beautiful Mind so I can see my favorite actor act! I'm so excited for this Rent movie!! My friend would also like to thank you for coming out because hes gay too, and the kids at school give him a real hard time of it! (ARG sometimes I want to slap those dim-witted mofos..am i allowed to use that word?) So to wrap this up, you are my favorite actor/singer ever and I have tickets to see LSOH when you come to Hartford, and I seriosuly count down the days till the performance.I think you are soo wonderful in all that you do and I hope you never stop. (Did i not say this before? i think i did)
ok so now you other ppl can rip me to shreds
oh btw Anthony, do you stay in touch with your fellow cast members, or should i say former cast members of YAGMCB? What did you think of Kristin in Wicked? Also would you be willing to come to a middle school for one of those classes or assemblies thing that is mentioned on your website? I would definatley (sp?) die happy if you came to my school! Even though Im sure it'll be expensive we'll find a way!!!!

Welcome :) (I'm kinda on the new side, here for a couple of weeks, but I've been around here just long enough to be able to say welcome to this thread...)
"I have tickets to see LSOH when you come to Hartford, and I seriosuly count down the days till the performance."
I'm sorry to burst your bubble (it bursts mine too 'cause I'm an eastcoaster as well...) but Anthony is leaving the tour on 12/12/04-- San Diego is his last stop.
No east coast leg of the tour, and unfortunately, Hartford is on the east coast... (...again, as is Philadelphia where I plan to see the show...just need to get the tickets...)
Cheer up though-- because of his leaving the tour you get to see him in the Rent movie :)

::pouts::
But I'm not allowed to go to that either!
And when I saw the tour cast last year, half the audience had walked out by intermission.
