Raul makes me wish I still lived in the Midwest. Well, a lot of things make me wish I still lived in the Midwest . . . but Raul contributes.
"`I grow old... I grow old... I shall wear the bottoms of my trousers rolled.` What does that mean, Mr. Marlowe?"
"Not a bloody thing. It just sounds good."
He smiled. "That is from the `Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.` Here's another one. `In the room women come and go/Talking of Michael Angelo.' Does that suggest anything to you, sir?"
"Yeah -- it suggests to me that the guy didn't know very much about women."
"My sentiments exactly, sir. Nonetheless I admire T. S. Eliot very much."
"Did you say, 'nonetheless'?"

Hahaha, so this is probably a little late, and off topic. But I just now saw the video on the Open House Myspace, where Anthony is talking about finger sandwhiches...and I laughed for like minutes.
I'm also considering on going to the book signing at Chicago (especially since Chicago is now only a 3-hour drive instead of a 6-hour drive and my college schedule works out). I may also bring a friend who I recently converted to a Rent fan. This could be an interesting adventure, and my mother said to have fun during my senior year of college.
February just got even more better, if it were possible.
Do ya'll remember my suspicions?
So, I was sitting on the couch with my laptop, where I am now and watching Friends season 1 and my mom comes over with her laptop. She sits down next to me and goes: "Is left orchestra, row D seats 5-11 a good spot?"
Me: O_O...for what? Mom: Look, it is good?
She clicks to a back page and it's for Feb. 22....The Woman in White.
Me: ::squeal::!!! ...Why is there only 4? Mom: You sister doesn't want to go.
After a while getting the tickets (ticketmaster is annoying), it has been confirmed that I will be seeing the Woman in White on February 22 (my mom's b-day) at 2pm.
Huzzah!
It's so Febtastic!
Feb. 7, the new date for the earlier release of Without You. (oh, and my sister's birthday) Feb. 15, The Color Purple field trip. A.P. English rocks. Feb. 21, the NYC signing and The Rent DVD Feb. 22, The Woman in White, 2pm. (and my mom's birthday)
Rock. On.

You guys should be advised that the case with a lot of signings it that you have to purchase the item that day at that particular store in order to be allowed in. So you either have to wait, or you'll end up with two copies of the book.
Really, emcee? 0_o? Then...I'll just have to get two copies then, because I am *so* not waiting and I am *so* supporting Anthony's book. My mom called ahead to the Chelsea Barnes & Noble, but the guy that organized it didn't seem too knowledgable. When my mom mentioned that he was singing two songs, he was like, "Oh...Really?" The internet better not be wrong about Anthony singing, because I don't think my poor little heart could take it if he didn't sing.
"I could totally see finger sandwiches flying everywhere, but Anthony staying spotlessly clean. Just 'cause I'm like that."
Peng, you're my new best friend, just for that mental imagery your comment put in my head
And one more talley for January (not to be in competition with February, because every month should kick ass), I am seeing RENT with Will Chase. Well, this is not confirmed, but I *am* going to, because, well...it's Will Chase.

Hmm, I haven't ordered for amazon yet, but I think I'm still going to. I'll just have to talk to my dad about it and what he wants to do. I want to read it as soon as possible, but I don't have money to throw around. I mean, I don't have to buy two books, so I'd rather not..but we shall see.
