I would mention how it was great when Margo posted, but then this thread would get deleted.

Whenever someone takes offense at an innocuous phrase and derails an entire thread into pages of arguing over semantics, that's Broadwayworld's golden age.
Whenever someone creates a post about whether or not colorblind casting is appropriate, that's Broadwayworld's golden age.
Whenever the same troll creates a new username to create a voice of support for himself, that's Broadwayworld's golden age.
Whenever the topic "does popularity equal quality?" gets discussed, that's Broadwayworld's golden age.

From Winston's appearance to do a BWW roundup right through 'deer,' there were some good, good times.

What was Deer? I've heard "deer" alluded to several times but never within context- it was just some infamous moment or character that everyone seems to have agreed to never speak of again.

How could I have forgotten Izzy's baby? There were posts during that where my laughter came out like screams and tears were streaming down my face.

Who cares about the deer if my boyfriend survived?

There was a thread about a deer being killed and her husband joined the board under the name "Angry Deer" and caused havoc for a week or so until he got unceremoniously banned. For a long while after any mention of Angry Deer (or Carol, the deceased) got a thread deleted.
Good times.

I think I joined a little bit after the Izzy's Baby thing. What was it again? Some poster made up a pregnancy or something?

Yes. Sadly, she didn't know how to count properly to make up a good lie. Fortunately, she put it up on the internet!

We can never go back to before.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Yes, Izzy's Baby was classic.
While technically not originating on BWW, Corine's interview with John Kander was....unique.
And it was discussed on here so I'll toss it in the mix.
