Read through that whole mess & the comments about how he has now labeled himself as autistic, so I was expecting someone with some kind of clear disability.
As a caveat to my comments, the college I work at has career preparation programs for young adults with disabilities such as Down's Syndrome & many forms of autism. I only occasionally interact with these students, but none I have dealt with have had any of the clear cognitive abilitues displayed in the YouTube video posted above.
I would say it is more likely that this person is a narcissist, or perhaps a psychopath.

Neurospicy or not, there definitely seems to be a pattern of behavior that somehow was allowed to perpetuate for far too long. People who conduct themselves this way cannot be true fans of theatre - they’re instead a fan of perpetuating their own “brand” with toxic main character energy

Everytime I think this board can’t top itself, I read a thread introducing me to sex pests and portable charger thieves that are ALSO disgruntled Museum of Broadway employees.
I am so grateful to have found you all over a decade ago.

We finally checked out the Museum of Broadway last December. Had a really nice time, besides one person who worked there.
Malcom basically stalked my partner and I through the museum. He went in detail about his ideas for a revival of Carrie - going into detail with casting, how each number would be staged, how he was going to get Michael Arden to direct it and how it was going to be the next big thing. I wish I was kidding. He spent at LEAST an hour talking to us about it during our visit. Every time we tried to walk away, he would just keep talking and talking. He was even radioed multiple times by management wondering where he was and he said he was helping a customer.
We enjoyed our time at the museum, but said we would never go back because we didn’t want to run into him again.
I’m glad we can go back sometime lol
Also, this is NOT a joke and truly what happened. I realized after reading it back it kind of reads like satire LOL
