Stephanie J. Block is the SINGLE MOST AMAZINGLY SWEET AND NICE PERSON I have ever met. EVER. Not even just for a stagedoor... I mean like EVER. It was like I was her best friend that she hadn't seen in years and I wouldn't have been suprised if she had invited me for coffee or dinnere right there on the spot.
Loved her.
That's currently on Broadway, it's gotta be Steve Kazee. He's awesome! :)
Prior total sweethearts were the entire cast of The Vertical Hour ~ I can't really single one of them out because they were all always wonderful to me.

The late Barry Nelson was extremely friendly. He invited me to join him for cocktails after the original SEASCAPE.
When Patrick Wilson learned it was my birthday, he insisted on joining me for a brew.
Angela Lansbury invited me and my guest to join her for homemade cheescake in her dressing room after THE KING AND I.
I met Carol Channing during her original run in HELLO, DOLLY! Down through the years we've become very special friends.
Eartha Kitt was a b1tch.

Karen Ziemba is the nicest performer I've ever met.
Ditto!
I've met many friendly folks at the stage door over the years, but the one who comes to mind most recently is Tim Jerome. He always takes a few minutes to talk, share the latest news, and is always plugging other shows and causes. Last night, it was the NYMTF. He's a true gentleman, with a great heart, and I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors. Good news, he starts rehearsals for another project today. I hope the rest of the Tarzan cast is back on the boards as quickly!
To be honest...the entire Jersey Boys cast. They're all just so down to earth and real.
Norbert Leo Butz, John Lithgow and Jeffery Schecter come to mind.
The Cast of The Drowsy Chaperone, those who left by the stagedoor,(no Sutton but that was explained earlier), were all smiles, especially Danny "Mr. Sunshine" Burstein. He was blushing because we had a bunch of teens yell, "Aldopho". Eddie Korbich was very nice too. Troy Britton was kind of sneaking out and I didn't see Beth Leavel either but she could have came out after I left. A very friendly and jolly cast. I think Kecia was out too but I'm not sure, there was quite a crowd seeking autographs that night. She has a great voice too!
I saw it when Jonathan Crombie was sitting in the "Chair" and he too posed for a lot of pictures and signed his life away.
Very nice group all around.
Julia Murney and Stephanie J Block and Orfeh were by far the nicest broadway actors i've met....the entire cast of Vertical Hour and Margaret and Harriet from Old Acquaince were also very nice
Cherry Jones was a total sweetheart!
Hugh Panaro, Barrett Foa, and Orfeh by far have been the nicest.
