My lineup:- Boop (or) BVSC- Dead Outlaw- Maybe Happy Ending- Operation Minemeat- Real Women Have CurvesI think the logical answer for the fifth slot is BVSC ... but I wonder what Boop being a struggling original musical with an original score will play into matters. BVSC doesn't need the nom as much as BOOP. Then again, will the nomination be enough to save Boop in the long term? Probably not. It's a toss up for me.

After having seen the show last night … I can firmly say that I predict this knocks DBH out of the Best Musical noms. It is just utterly jubilant & so timely. I was so incredibly won over by this show, having known nothing going in.The book is hilarious & crystal clear. The music is infectious. The cast is stellar all around.This one really came out of left field for me. I cannot recommend it enough.Of the musicals that have opened thus far, this is up there with Maybe Happy Ending for my fav...

For what it’s worth … I know two different people who attended the invited dress last night & raved about it. The feel good show of the season.

Heard lots of changes have been going into the show yesterday/tonight ... eager to hear what improvements have been made.

Woof ... The sound mix didn't help matters, but it wouldn't have been enough to sway my opinion of this show. So much talent on stage. Truly remarkable troupe of creatives/performers here. But it just didn't stick the landing for me.

Could be Jojo? She has expressed interest in more broadway endeavors in her future.

I do think it's fascinating that people have not been keen on JOY WOODS in GYPSY ... yet she has a very strong chance to win a tony for her performance in an otherwise lacking featured category.

The URINETOWN slander is hurting my soul. lol. I have always loved this show, as have my peers. I do wonder how I would feel watching it cold for the first time in 2025. That said, it has always been such a favorite of mine.
