Can't find where this was posted. But what shows do not ask for a donation? My husband is only sending to specific actors. And not asking for cast signed playbills. Also if he wanted to write Laura Osnes does he wrote to the theater of bandstand? If so what is is the address? Thank you so much for all the help!
I just got a reply from Andy Karl on Monday, it took him exactly a week so I was shocked at how fast he replied. I told him I'd love to hear back from him but I don't necessarily need a playbill back and he replied with a personalized note on a playbill which was nice! And he also sent along a little photo of the cast which was cute!

With the exception of Dear Evan Hansen, you usually do not get asked to donate to bcefa if you send to individual actors.
I sent to Laura at the theatre and heard back in about 2 weeks! :)

Thank you so much! Does anyone know if Derek Klena responds and if Courtney Reed does? And what the address is to send to Aladdin?

Still waiting on Waitress and Sweeney - sent to the casts at the end of April. Jealous of all the 2 week turnarounds lately! :)

I haven't written to them, but Lightcatchers on Facebook have reported that Mr. Klena has recently signed/returned his card and Ms. Reed has responded to fan mail -- I remember seeing that the principal Aladdin cast members sent out postcard-sized images of themselves individually in costumes, but I don't know if they still do that now.

I recall reading recently, if not here on this board (?), that someone heard back promptly for a full-cast-signed Playbill. I think the company is asking for a $20 donation to BC/EFA.

Has anyone tried to send anything to Patti or Christine at War Paint?
They didn't come out when I saw it, and would love to get my playbill signed as I don't live in NYC, and I predict the next time I am in the city, the show will have closed.
Thanks!

I have not sent to Patti at War Paint, but I did mail her an opening night GYPSY to her at Women on the Verge years ago and it came back in 6 days from mailing date.

My husband would like to know if ramin karimloo, michael campayno, telly leung and kendra kassebaum respond. Also, how do you become part of the group that discuss this stuff. Its called light something? I think.

All you-- or your husband-- have to do is Google the shows. Each show lists the theater contact info on its official website, and those are the addresses people have been looking up for you.

If you are talking about the Facebook group, that is just info for people who trade and/or collect the Lights of Broadway trading cards.

I heard back from Sunset Blvd and The Great Comet. Both cast signed playbills. The Great Comet was a yellow playbill and Sunset Blvd was a pride one. Both took about a month to get back.

Did you send a donation to Great Comet? I thought Great Comet was requesting donations.

You may need to use the stage door address when sending to the American Airlines theater, which is located on 43rd street.
