No set has taken my breath away in the same way the set of The Lord of the Rings did.

OK, I'm showing my age on this one, BUT:
Original Production of My Fair Lady;
Starlight Express (not the show, just the set);
Show Boat, 1995 revival; and
Carousel, Lincoln Center revival (the first ten minutes were breathtaking.
I really liked the sets for Wicked, Avenue Q, Jersey Boys, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. They all just kind of added to the overall feel of the shows, which I love.
I really loved High Fidelity's set. I thought it was incredibly clever how everything folded to become something new.
Other than that, everything everyone else has said.
The Light in the Piazza - Gorgeous!
Mary Poppins - Everything was beautiful, but I loved when they were up on the roof.
Drowsy - Again, love them all, but the "Message From a Nightingale" set is dazzling. When it came up on Wednesday, everyone in the audience went "WHOA."
Oh yeah, I totally forgot about Drowsy! I love the way the apartment turns into the other world. So creative...

Count me in for Drowsy. I don't think I'll ever look at a set the same way after seeing that show.
Light in the Piazza will always be my favorite set of all time.

What happened exactly? And also, any production pics of Sunset Blvd.'s mansion?
"Mary Poppin's set is incredible!"
Especially in the beginning when the house moves back on the track and they lower the roof downstage. The audience always let out a collective "awww" sigh when that change occurred.

After seeing Spelling Bee tonight, it became one of my favorites. I was immediately transported. They made FANTASTIC use of the space.

Now I wish I saw Piazza on Broadway. I caught the recent tour and wasn't particularly moved by the set or the show. Of course, I was sitting front row, far right, so maybe that affected my viewing experience.
