Maybe Elder is Andy and Kyle Dean is PJ?

“Joining Katrina Lenk, playing Bobbie, and Patti LuPone as Joanne, are Matt Doyle as Jamie (known as Amy in the original production), Etai Benson as Paul, Christopher Sieber as Harry and Jennifer Simard as his wife, Sarah.
Christopher Fitzgerald will play David, opposite Nikki Renée Daniels as Jenny. Terence Archie will play Larry to LuPone’s Joanne. Greg Hildreth will play Peter to a Susan to be announced.
As Bobbie’s lovers, Claybourne Elder will play Andy (April in the original production), with Kyle Dean Massey as Theo (previously Kathy) and Bobby Conte Thornton as P.J. (previously Marta).”

Even with Patti I was still not planning to see it. Still not crazy about the gender changes. Then when they announced Lenk I got interested. Now I know I won't be able to resist!

I had the same reaction. I was hoping he'd play PJ (Marta) so at least he'd sing "Another Hundred People." I'm not too familiar with Bobby Conte Thornton since I never watched A Bronx Tale.
Looking forward to see how Matt Doyle interprets "Getting Married Today." I saw this revival twice in London and Jonathan Bailey was the highlight of the show for me.

My goodness, this cast is Gold!!! Makes me even more excited to see it. Wonder what the delay is in casting the role of Susan?
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Sad we won't get Jonathan Bailey's knockout star turn as Jamie, but I've no doubt Matt Doyle will be wonderful.
Kind of disappointing Kyle Dean is playing such a tiny role.
If he plays Andy anything like Richard Fleeshman did in London, you won't be disappointed in the least. Of the males in the cast, the character of Andy was second only to Jamie in being the most memorable performance.
Interesting the casting announcement called this "Not a replica" of the London production and "some changes".
I do find that a tiny bit worrisome as I thought the London production was perfection. The staging was absolutely brilliant. There were a couple of set reveals that I thought were jaw-dropping.
