I am trying to be optimistic, but... don't they all look good in the beginning?
Zorba and Evita are 2011-2012.
Oh well
Still going to be great.

Well most of them are transfers so I think they will be safe.
Sister Act
Love Never Dies Hedwig & The Angry Inch I'm counting it because Cameron is involved Yank Bloody, Bloody, Andrew Jackson
How To Succeed - Daniel Radcliff The Scottsboro Boys
Catch Me If You Can Priscilla
The only shows that seem iffy are Love Never Dies, H2$, & Catch Me...
Leap of Faith.
There's also The Book of Mormon.
How does H2$ sound iffy? Doesn't it have an announced theatre? Or did I make that up? All the Harry Potter films will be done filming in a month or two.
Emcee said the season always starts out good. We don't know how H2$ will fare quality wise.

How are they "safe" if they are transfers? That's ridiculous logic. PRISCILLA and SISTER ACT are widely known to be stinkers, and both are frantically being reworked right now.
Oops! I thought we ment iffy about opening!
Then I agree with what you said! ahah

How is Priscilla known as a stinker? It's now in its second year in the West End. It played in Australia for 2 years. It's got MANY fans & is enjoyable.
Also there are plans to transfer Wildhorn's BONNIE & CLYDE after it's Sarasota run, although nothing confirmed for this season yet, but sounds like they'll try!

Has there been any news of when Hedwig will begin performances (or previews)?
We can't forget about Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark...
How could I forget Spiderman.

Your logic still fails. None of the above makes them "safe" for Broadway. WE WILL ROCK YOU has been running for years in the West End, and it stinks.
Jerry Mitchell has been called in to do major surgery on PRISCILLA. Would the producers do that if they thought it was "safe"?
Ben Brantley is on record (NYT 7/9/2009) as disliking both PRISCILLA and SISTER ACT.
Not safe.
A transfer of Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson is hardly a done deal at this point- it could very well not materialize.
Who gives a sh*t what Ben Brantley likes? NYTimes doesn't hold the same weight as it once did.
I don't think Priscilla is a safe bet at all in the states. I feel like the movie isn't as widely known/beloved here. I could be very wrong, but that's just my impression.
I'm VERY excited for Catch Me If You Can. Is Aaron Tveit still going to be the lead?

I forgot about Catch Me if you Can!
I am really excited about that one
Why does everyone forget Women on the Verge? It is more definite than some of these shows.

Whatever happened to the 2010 production of Rebecca? It was announced back in 2008 (with a "deal" being signed on stage in Vienna) but it's been pretty quiet since then... Guess it's not happening?
