Proving once again the average age of those who vote in that thing.
Orfeh over Mary Louise Wilson?
Omigosh. No. At least "Coast" won for best play, but most of the winners are just ridiculous.
Pah-theh-tic.
Well...at least "Omigod You Guys" beat out the other 5,000 SPRING AWAKENING songs that were nominated.
But hey... "Omigodyouguys" won the song over...was it 3 or 4...from Spring Awakening. I guess they didn't think about how four songs would divide their votes. Ha!
(Not saying anything about Legally Blonde...I haven't seen it yet. I just find the fact that it beat 4 songs from the juggernaut that Spring Awakening was in those awards rather amusing.)
oops. I guess several of us had that thought. :)

Les Miz won Best Revival? Wow.
And TALK RADIO for Best Revival of a Play? What?
Another reason I dodn't even bother with that web site.

Everyone takes these things so seriously. So Spring Awakening won almost everything. Yes its rediculous but what can you do. It's not the end of the world it is just what people voted for. We don't have to waste out time insulting them.

I think it is rigged. I think that Word of Mouth choose the results.

Jesus. I know these don't ammount to anything but...
Haha, that was a good one, neddy. These are just kind of sad but after Donna Murphy did not get a nod and 1'000 kids from SPRING AWAKENING did, it was hard for me to take these seriously so now it's more funny than sad.
I'm sorry but ANY song from SPRING AWAKENING--and I'm hardly a fan of the show--is a trillion times better than "Omigod you guys."
How about Orfeh over Mary-Louise Wilson? Or Jonathan Groff over Esparza, Cerveris, and Pierce? Or...wait for it, LES MISERABLES for best revival.

les miz best revival---WOW!!
omigod-haha, well at least SA didnt take that award too...
Not going to lie, I voted for Omigod you guys simply because it was NOT from Spring Awakening.
bythesword, I did the exact same thing.
I think that (that there were probably more than a few who did that same thing) combined with the other Spring Awakening songs dividing those votes added up to the Legally Blonde win.
Me too.
On the plus side, at least Spring Awakening didn't win Best Lead Actress. Or Remy Twolines winning Best Featured. A glimmer of reality in TheGuiltyOnes' wet dream.
Yup voted for Omigod you guys becuase it was not Spring Awakening.
Boo! The audiences suck!

Well, at least Ebersole won.
If she hadn't won, I think we all would have hacked into Broadway.com.
Lol I could care less about some awards that a bunch of little teeny bopping twits vote for.
