For more info.
No official announcement yet about the cast. But I heard no one from the Broadway production will be part of this.
YAY!
It'll be in Memphis on Valentine's Day! Fun!
Yes! The Wedding Singer, ahhh I miss my old posts on this show. Muah, I'll be catching it in B'More.
If you look at that MySpace group's TOP FRIENDS, you'll see some of the cast members. I know one of them on there who's defintely in the tour.

In one of the local News Mags around here, they had an advertisement for the Wedding Singer because it's suppose to kick off the tour here, and the two people in the picture didn't look like the Broadway leads, so I'm guessing they've already picked them and are doing promotional material. And I'm not sure an official announcement will be made about the cast because it's a Non-Equity tour.
Is the guy singing on that ad playing Robbie?
Oh, cool, I didn't know it was gonna be coming to Boston. Sweet.
OK...I'm PSYCHED!
So much so that I would travel to Baltimore to see it.
However, I do have to wonder...why would they not be selling tickets yet for a show that opens in 4 weeks?!?!?!
The website says "Ticket sales to be announced."
Seems like a pretty short turnaround to sell two weeks worth of tickets.

NO! F***! I'll be home from school then! F*** x 100.
But I heard no one from the Broadway production will be part of this.
That would be the case, considering the tour is Non-Equity.
I'll be there in Columbus.

John Jacob Lee is the keyboardist.. George?
Its funny when people keep saying, who's in the cast. Is it equity or non? I mean when I saw this REPEATEDLY (5 TIMES) on Broadway, it was always with different people. The only real constants were Robbie and Grandma.
This is going to sound bad, but this was my favorite show I have ever seen. Never left the theatre with such a grin on my face.

They're selling tickets here in Birmingham, AL. We were suppose to be the opening day of the tour, but I guess someone else got added before us? But they had a sale on tickets last week where every ticket was $20.

Hello, why isn't Philadelphia on this list?

Why Spokane?? Why couldn't it have been Seattle? I don't want to drive 6 hours to see The Wedding Singer....

I'll probably be seeing it while it's in Kansas City, since that's the closest it's coming to me. Really excited, though!

Ouch. It feels like a bad vibe when the show is playing the outskirts of major California cities. It's not playing Los Angeles or Orange County and it's not even playing in San Diego, technically.
