I'm not gonna start a new thread on this, but I have a problem with friends and I need serious advice. I have a friend (well now I guess 'ex-friend') who goes to boarding school. She was really only my close friend during last school year and I thought that we were very close. She comes home for thanksgiving, telling me that we will hang out. I call her on the day we are supposed to meet, and she says she's stil in bed. Three hours later, she's still in bed and it's 2:00 p.m. I just left the coffee shop and went home. I get home and get on facebook not only to see that a girl who has started drama between myself and my friend posting on her wall, but for it to say I will see you tommorow (posted the day before the current day when we were supposed to meet). My friend talks about this girl very badly and when I approached her about why she wanted to hang out with someone and ditch me for someone she proclaims to 'hate'. She says that it's not true, and that the girl is crazy and that they never hung out...
A week goes by and I see a photo of my friend and that girl and numerous wall posts that say i had so much fun, etc...
What do I do? Do I just cut off all ties? Do I confront her?
I know it sounds dumb, but she was my confidant, etc... But if she is talking about people to me, that means she is probably talking about me to other people. I think she is playing two faced with all of her friends, and honestly I think she's pretty screwed up.

Posted: 12/2/06 at 3:19amso my roommate went away for the night and wont be back til tom (sat) afternoon and i was really excited to have the room to myself. well, long story as to why, but now i am next door and having to sleep in their room tonight, grrr! i wanted to take advantage of having the room to myself, doesnt happen very often. ugh! haha, ok, now im going to bed (and NOT in my own bed :/)

My power was out at my house from 2pm yesterday until midnight. I left at 10:30 for work, and getting ready in the dark was NOT fun.
At work, I watched the Dirty Rotten Scoundrels movie. Fun stuff.

I'm Cold. I'm hungry. My computer has no sound. I have nothing better to do, so I've been browsing Youtube for 3 hours. Even though I can't hear the videos. And I need to do 3 pages on limestone, that was due in yesterday. Myspace hates me, the Avenue Q forum is full of porn, and I don't know how to use facebook. On the bright side, it's going to be the worst storm in 5 years over here in the UK this weekend.
I have the sudden urge to go change the lyrics to 'The Wizard and I' into something dirty.

I found out Thursday that I was cast as Sandy in Blue Surge. Holy crap. I'm excited and scared. It's my first real leading role. Oh man. I know I can do it but I'm still nervous. : )

My friend has called several times and I really never felt like talking to her so I told her I'd call her this weekend.
I was putting it off but I decided the sooner I call, the sooner it would be done so, I called and had a nice 15 minute conversation and I'm done!
I always dread things like that and yet, it the end, it usually turns out to be not so bad- and usually pretty good
