*sigh* I'm mad at my friends and I don't want to turn 19.
I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time today.

I've gotta be kidding myself.
I'm going to K-mart.
Hopefully I'll come back alive.
The tissues I bought came in a really pretty box.
I can't find my black shirt for the show tonight.
I just watched the best video ever: Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel (Marshall from How I Met Your Mother) singing part of "Confrontation" from Les Miserables. So. fantastic.
I'm so so excited for my night tonight.
I'm having a party at my house before my parents come back tomorrow, it should be fun, and interesting.
I can't/don't want to deal w/ my family right now.
My mother is driving me crazy. She keeps picking the same fight with me over and over again, which if she bothered to listen to me the first six times I explained it, we would not have to continue to have. But because she chooses to tune me out every time she asks the same question, she has to keep yelling at me for something that's not even true.
I thought I was going to have a horrible day this morning (well, I did hear some bad news, but that's not why I thought I would have a bad day). However, it improved when I was driving to school and I blasted "Dominick the Donkey" on the radio.
Then, as I was walking into school, someone -- who always, for some reason, makes me happy even though I haven't seen this person regularly (and I haven't seen said person for a year) for a couple years now -- spotted me going in and said, very enthusiastically, "Hi!". We then had...well, a 5ish second conversation.
But, it made my day much better.
I love Dominick the Donkey!
It's fantastic. When I encountered people today who didn't know the song, I just had to sing part of it for them.
I'm learning Chinese from a three-year-old that only speaks about 5 words of English himself. I'm learning to write in Chinese from a four-year-old. Who says the teacher is the one that has to teach?
That's what I love about working in daycare. I can't wait to start my placement in March.
I'm eating Smarties.
I have nooo idea what to have for dinner.
I have two extra tickets to see Sally Struthers in Nuncrackers in North Hollywood and I can't find anyone who wants to go...
Maybe people are worried they'll be given a poor child from a developing nation in their giftbag.
The weather forecast on Mozilla has this cute little symbol for "strong winds" that I've never seen before. Much better than a boring cloud.

Hahaha-
In K-Mart there were like 100+ names in the box and every hour they would pick 9 names to win to be able to purchase one of those crazy TMX Elmo's.
The raffle started at 7 and it's going until 10. They called 9 names at 7- I didn't get called. I was like, "who am I kidding, there are a ton of people here, why am I here?" But...me being persistent, I stayed.
At 8:00, they called names again and....I WON!!!!!!!!!!!
Ya, that's all. haha
Oh, and it's the TMX Elmo but it's the special limited edition- it has to do with the box though. Part of the box you open, Elmo's picture show's up and basically, the "box" says "no, no, no, no peeking! hahaha"
Also, They were selling a warranty on it, I didn't get that but I thought that was funny.
ok, i juse wanna mention that i love Polar Express!!!
I'm no longer single =)
Heh..I love Dominick the Donkey!
I just got back to my room to find that some girl I don't know spilt her drink all over my desk and laptop. Juustttt great.
everyone here is drunk, lovely. and i have to take care of them. what a joy.
I plan on sleeping for a million hours tomorrow.
One of the little girls I babysat today didn't want me to leave. She tried to bribe me with cookies.
