I hate when people claim to be "sick" when all they have is a cold.
I don't consider "sick" unless you are throwing up or have a fever higher than 100.5. Of course, there are other circumstances but for the most part, people consider sickness a simple cold.
I've gone to class for a week with 101.5 and people think I am absolutely nuts but I am very conscientious and hate to miss anything or change my schedule for something I can deal with. I was told by the doctor I was not contagious so it's not like I could spread it.
Maybe I should be a little more careful when I'm sick (I've ended up in the hospital 2 times because I didn't get treated when I needed to) but I have no sympathy for people who say they are "sick" when they have a simple cold.
This rant came from someone who called me asking me a question about the test we are having. Of course when you answer the phone you usually say, "hi, how are you" and she goes on and on about how she was so sick all week and couldn't go to work. I said, "Oh, that stinks, what's the matter?" And she replied, "my nose has been stuffy and my throat hurts."
Oh PULEASE.

I need gift ideas for my 2 month old cousin.
She has a ton of clothes and toys so we need like a unique idea. I mean, there isn't much she can do since she is only 2 months but if any one has any ideas, I'd appreciate it

My grandmother and aunt want ideas. They gave her lots of money at birth. She basically has all the toys and clothes a 2 month old could possibly have but, they want to get her "something" and not money.
