And she never answered a question I asked her about how long she's been in this country. I could, if I had the inclination, repost so many of her posts in which she exhibits a pretty sophisticated mastery of the English language which far surpasses most of the members here. Definitely not an ESL student.

On the Off-topic page, it says Weekly SNL Thread, but if you go back to page one, it says Charlieday Night Live. I have no idea how it works, so I'm not going to ask.

That Real Housewives of Disney skit is hilarious, sans Lohan. I miss the Lohan from the Debbie Downer Disneyland skit.

with all do respect JANE... i didnt know i was on trial and had to answer your personal questions! may i ask you... how old are you? what school did you go to? what does your father do? what is your citizinship status? SS#?

That being said, I never said i just jumped the border, ive been here for 10 years, and believe it or not the schools there are way better then the public schools here ... thats why we were sent to private school.

I wasn't being mean. You have to see the humor in saying that most education there is better, while using "then" instead of "than". In most instances nowadays, it can be overlooked as "well, that's just how she says it". When using "then" as you mention superior education, there's a paradox there.

I also didn't even disagree that education there can be better than public education here. I have no opinion on that matter.
