A I was just making a pot of sweet and sour stuffed cabbage because several friends of mine have been asking me for it. So here is your chance to to brag about the recipes you are famous for.
My Asian stir fry is good
I am famous for my homemade white chocolate cheescake supreme which I make for special occassions. (Not in many years)
I bring them to dinner parties. It is orgasmic.
I always get asked to bring my deviled eggs to parties. My cousins and I all make our grandmother's potato salad, which always gets raves, too. I hardly ever make it anymore, though.

Gee Corine, you make a lovely recipe that causes an orgasm while I make something that only makes one fart. I have to rethink my culinary tactics!
Must've been some interesting dinner parties you attended, Cor. Is that why you don't make it anymore?

I have two: Chicken Diablo, which consists of tomatoes and every possible pepper stewed for two days, then chicken breasts are dropped into the mixture until they are cooked. Surve over rice for a spict treat!
Secondly, i make a killer mango/strawberry/pineapple salsa.
Ha. Yenta. That is funny. I learned in College in my Sorority.
The cook taught me how to cook. I love cooking but I don't like to cook for one so now I just make salad, veggies or eat out.
My Cheesecake is really excellent. In College, I made the cheesecake for all our bake sales.
They wouldn't let anyone make them but our cook and moi.
And honey, I try not to make Cheesecake as I can't eat them and it is impossible for me to resist my homemade treats.

LOL!
1 1/2 cups butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pre heat oven to 300degrees.
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla and then flour slowly.
Pour into a bundt pan or Tube pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
IMPORTANT: Do not try and rush by cooking faster in a hotter oven.
This was my first attempt at any sort of cake. I saw cream cheese and thought, what?!
I don't know what madness prompted me to have a go, but I did. Honest to God, what came out was divine, my family could not believe i'd made it. The bundt shape was so gorgeous, we just stood there looking at it, as it cooled.
"When can we try it"? my daughter asked, "Never" I said, "I'm keeping this to look at". Anyway, i broke down, the smell was out of this world. The weight we put on eating those cakes. I was making three a week, demand (family and friends) was so great. The downside, the weight we put on, serious walking ensued: - )

My chocolate mousse.
I made a bowl of it for our end-of-year choir banquet, and my choral director (in my signature!), who was sitting at the other end of the table from mine ate it and said, "Ooh! This makes my teeth itch!"

Preist pie A la mode. Not as hearty as my bishop pie, but not as bland as curate.

GCY, that sounds tasty!

My brownies are amazing, and I make eggs in a way that combines scrambled and sunnyside up.

I make amazing lime chicken with caramelized onions. My oatmeal cookies are also pretty damned good, if I do say so myself, and they are just a variation of the recipe you'd find under a Quaker Oatmeal lid. My secret is using wheat flour in place of white flour. Gives them a heartier taste. Mmm.
I make the most delicious WHITE chocolate mousse...
Dessert lovers would kill to get it!
I've been chased down for Homemade Doughnuts and Crabcakes (both of which I'm no longer allowed to eat. *cries*)
