Ephraim Sykes? He does next to nothing in that show other than sing for 2 minutes. I would not have thought of him. Also, I know Andre DeShields will get a nomination, but I don’t get it. There are at least three others in that show I would put in over him.

I'm pretty sure there will be four nominees for book, as there are six eligible shows (all the new musicals + Chess).

Not true. WOM was stronger than you think. It was an excellent show and deserves a Best Play Tony nomination. It just received Best Play from the New York Theater Critic's Circle.

Your indifference to Becky Shaw is yours and yours alone. It will be nominated in the four categories I quoted you on (and perhaps others).

It did, but the eligibility of Liberation will probably prevent that from happening on Tony night. I didn't like Little Bear Ridge Road, but it and Laurie Metcalf's performance are likely nominees.

To be honest, I saw Becky Shaw and this may come off as a hot take, but I wasn’t a big fan of it…I mean do I think I’m gonna get most of my predictions right? No. But I’m doing it just for the fun of it…and I think we all should to

Given the oddness of this season, I'm hoping for a few out-of-left-field noms. Like someone unexpected from CATS or ROCKY HORROR, or Anne Reid or John Carroll Lynch from OEDIPUS, or a Director who nobody expected to get in.
Are the nominators meeting this weekend? There was such a flurry of social activity on Thursday and Friday.

To be honest, yeah me too! that’s why I’m predicting Max Clayton for Featured Actor in a Musical and Ephraim Sykes for Featured Actor in a Play

Solid list, and I'd sub Ana Gasteyer over Hannah or Mackenzie. Also, I think Schmigadoon deserves one of the Best Costumes slots.

Schmigadoon I have as a potential backup for Costume Design. I mean don’t get me wrong I love Ana Gasteyer and she was great in the show but I feel like McKenzie out-shined her for me personally. Also does everyone think Chess is gonna get completely shut out?

Nicholas Christopher feels like a near-lock now that the category has 5 slots. Lea Michele seems very likely too.
I also have it for Sound, Orchestrations and Featured Actress (Hannah Cruz) though I'm far less sure about those three.
