Love Tonya

Tonya is beyond perfect casting for that role.

Jordan Donica as Burrs is very exciting to me. Have we seen him play anything other than “aw shucks” romantic leads before?

Fabulous cast

TONYA TONYA TONYA!!!!
Was down a rabbit hole a few weeks ago of clips from the original Broadway run and there’s so much commitment from all of them. Cautiously optimistic the production is good even though I won’t get to see it.

I’ve seen Maya Rowe in a handful of Chicago area productions and she’s always been a highlight. So excited to see she is getting work in New York!

Have there been any murmurs of Lachiusa touching the show at all? Minor rewrites? Curious to know if anything if getting spruced up.

I just saw Maya Rowe as Audrey in Little Shop this past weekend. She will be fantastic!

God, I hope not. It’s a perfect score.

He played Max in Sunset Blvd after David Thaxton departed, and there was absolutely nothing "aw shucks" about it. He had menace, passion, and a great rumbling voice that shook the seats. He got a standing ovation at the end of "The Greatest Star of All" that rivaled what Nicole got after "As If We Never Said Goodbye".

The only thing I could see them revising is the use of black face in the show. I hope they don't, though.

He's stunning in everything he's ever done and I can't wait to see him here. Steven Pasquale was brilliant in the part the last time they did this, so I can't wait to see what Jordan can bring.

I’m gonna need Alladin and Donica to roll into CHESS when the time comes. I think Donica as Anatoly would be an on-par replacement for Nicholas Christopher

The direction and production of this video is not appealing. Excited about this show. not this video though.

Umm..this is not the same Wild Party that Steven Pasquale was in. Very different score and take on the character.

oh no...if this is not the cast for a new revival of "Design for Living" what are we even doing.

exactly. no grit. poorly executed too.

It's clearly inexpensive social media teaser to show off the leads and begin promoting a 14 performance presentation, not a multimillion dollar marketing campaign for a commercial production. It's fine for what it is.
