Has anyone seen this yet? I thought this song was soooo funny at Joes Pub!!! Is it strange that they are just putting it up now? It seems just a little random, but hey it stil works for me.

EDITED: As I am watching this video I am thinking what's up BWW, can we get an "exclusive video premiere" of You Know Better Than I or N&R?
EDITED AGAIN: Okay just read Rob's blog now I get it "an ode" to the under appreciated boys of the chorus. It is all making sense now

My parents have agreed to let me go to NYC for Easter Rising!!! YAY!!!!!! I can't wait to meet you all.
Also, logistically, can someone help me out? Do you call and make reservations/get tickets? Thanks!
And, okay, I know we're all kind of down right now, but this was halfway down the second page...

Guuuysss. This was close to the bottom of the second page. That makes me really sad.
I just watched that video, and oh man - I needed a good laugh like that. *So* funny. "Top or bottom - how do you think I got my Equity card?" Hee! Love it.

Ugh...does anyone know of another way I can view the video? For some reason it won't load on my computer and I really want to see it.

Aww, Jess. I have some friends who are good with video files. I'll email/IM them, ask if they can convert it to a .wma file, okay? I'll let you know what they can do.

Does anyone of a setlist of this night. I am trying to find a song michael did this night. It might be from "The last 5 years," but I am not too sure. The song talked about staying up all night waiting for a lover to come home, and keep looking at the clock and about hearing your lover pull up in the driveway at like 4 am or something. Does this song ring a bell to anyone at all?

That would be a song called "Still Waiting" that was written by Michael himself. It is from his musical, Easter Rising, that will be presented on December 21! My absolute favorite song of his!

Jess, I'm working on getting that video. I posted on another board I visit, begging for help, and some friends told me they'd "try and see what [they] can do for [me]"...I'll let you know as soon as I find out.

Thanks Mes. I'm feeling better about the whole situation thanks to certain reassuring individuals.
And I keep saying to myself "no reason to throw the baby out with the bathwater".
And you couldn't keep me away from Easter Rising, well unless you were offering me my own private island and unlimited amounts of money, then I'd just have to satellite the show in or finance it myself to see it.

Hey all. I'm sort of dipping my feet into this thread again for a bit. Had a really nice phone conversation from someone that reminded me why I fell in love with the cast (well, most of them) to begin with. So thanks hon - I know you'll read this. *waves*
Thanks so SCBWannabe for the Pippinness! I'm totally buying you a drink or three at Casey's show tomorrow. :)
I'm off to vote now! *crosses fingers I won't be in the fetal position tonight*

I would move heaven and earth for you two. So getting tickets was minor. I do hope I am still alive for the concert, because this election is killing me. I have never seen so many people go before a judge in order to vote, due to their own laziness. Amazing. Anyhoo.....I can't wait for tomorrow night gals. It is going to be a blast!
Glad you are doing better MOG. I am also glad you got everything straightened out. Some are more classy then others! :)

I don't know if it's still the case, but I think a number of the cast were going to someone named Liz Caplan, I want to say. I have a vague recollection of Michael's name being mentioned in association with that, don't know if that still holds true though.

Many of the cast are indeed, using Liz Caplan (Jenna, Michael, John and Kaitlin).

Yes I realize that was mentioned in the article "are you there" on theatremania BUT that is inaccurate I think. I think cast members have studied with her (John, Jenna, Adam) but I don't think this is Michael's teacher.
