I was wondering, because I was perusing Telecharge earlier this morning, and saw November dates for Company. I wondered if it was just a glitch. Glad to see that it isn't!

Were you trying to do an exchange? 11/15 tickets may only be available right now through the first performance exchange link sent to people who have tickets to 12/20.
"We hope you’re excited to come back to Broadway. We have important information about your show:
COMPANY JACOBS THEATRE Monday, December 20, 2021 7:00 PM
COMPANY has announced a new start date of Monday, November 15, 2021. That means your date will not be the first performance back.
If you want to be at the new first performance, we’re giving you an exclusive chance to exchange your tickets. Right now, only customers for your date can exchange into the new first performance. If you want to exchange, here’s what to do:
Go to Your Order Page on Telecharge
Click the “Exchange” button and follow the steps to select a new valid performance date and seats. If you cancel the exchange process before completing your new purchase, you will keep your original tickets.
The exclusive first performance exchange period ends at noon on Thursday, July 8. You may also exchange into any other performance.
If you’d like to keep your date, you don’t have to do anything but get ready for your show. Thank you!"

I did not use that link; I did not have a previously purchased ticket.
Just exchanged my 12/20 ticket. I'm a bit bummed I wasn't able to exchange into the same seat, since I'm now sitting a few rows back from where my original ticket was and I no longer have an aisle seat, but I'm eager to be at their first performance, so I'll suck it up.

What is the front row at the Jacobs like? Specifically, is there leg room or are the seats pushed up tight against the pit?"
The front row at the Jacobs is row AA, which isn’t on the seating chart right now. Many productions have removed the front rows from sale, due to COVID restrictions, but I’m not sure if Company is one of them. Row A might actually be the 2nd or 3rd row.
I’m not 100% sure what the original front row was for this production, maybe someone else can verify? I know it was BB for Ferryman.

I just exchanged my original ticket for a November 15th ticket, super stoked. When I was going through the exchange process, it looked like the normal ticket buying procedure where I had to confirm credit card info, billing address, etc, and it gave the cost of the ticket. I clicked the exchange link that was emailed to me, and at the top of the page, it said “this order is in exchange for your original order” or whatever it said. I won’t be charged again for just an exchange, will I? The new ticket was the same cost as my original ticket.

You were charged again, yes, but your original order should be canceled with a refund on the way.
When Playbill announced actor's union agreement for Broadway, one of the listed requirements was patrons would be kept 10 ft from stage. I don't know how many rows that is...one or two...
I had Dec 20 ticket, but never got email. I had to exchange calling Telecharge. The system only blocked out Nov 15, but they did have a system stall that wouldn't permit sales but they cleared about 4:20pm.
Anyone know how the extreme sides front orchestra are for Company? I saw Color Purple there and it was great but I know the set for company is quite different
According to the new seating chart they have removed rows AA and BB. Both of those rows were used in 2020. I wonder if it's covid related, or they'll add them in as it gets closer to November?
Worth noting for anyone who missed grabbing tickets to the first preview the first time around... The exchange period for previous ticket holders is now over. Snagged an orchestra ticket for November 15!
