Why is everyone feeding the obvious troll in this thread- Mikers?
Here's the deal with not liking Clay. When he was on Idol I adored the kid. Insanely nice voice, humble and cute. After Idol-very queeny, snarky and defensive. Liked nothing about him. It was clear that since he wasn't comfortable in his own skin, he was acting out.
I've seen him live a few times. His early tours were cheesy-like theme park shows-a total waste of his talent.
Since then, I've never gotten back into him. I don't care for him. It's just my preference-everyone is entitled to one.
Also, I am not sure what happened to his face-if he had work done, fillers or something. He looks androgynous. The wigs don't help.

the children were actually very downplayed in this production, in my opinion.

Interesting. Another recap from someone who knows the show did not like how they used the children. The drove him nuts. He said they were all over the place and distracting. It's all in the eye of the beholder.
Clay's face: He has TMJ so they broke and reset his jaw. Via Clay, they sucked out a little fat pouch from under his chin at the same time. It has drastically changed his looks. My BFF had a face shaped exactly like Clay's Idol Face. They broke her jaw and wired her shut for six weeks. The change to her face was astounding. Face became very square. Cheeks and nose a little puffy. Amazing, really.

Actually, when the children WERE being utilized, I agree with that. There wasn't any order to the times they were onstage and at the forefront... they were just running around chaotically. But during the times they were singing, it was almost impossible to hear them and they came across more like props than like cast members.
dblue: still attention whoring in "her" thread. No, you're not a troll at all. *snerk*
*Stuffing popcorn into my mouth*
An order of nachos with extra spicy cheese salsa would go very nicely with this thread thank you very much.
Who is this nut, anyway? He's been registered here for 8 years and I have no recollection of him posting.

One of the batsh*t people who only posts when they think Clay Aiken is being besmirched.
Why are people so defensive over someone who now looks like a steamed dumpling?

Yes. That's it. So attractive. I want you papi. I want you now, with your mouth open. Just. Like. That.
Can someone tell me who this Clay Aitken is, anyway?
You're all talking like I'm supposed to know who he is.
Cartwheel still hasn't shown up.
But Yelliphant has...
They only show up whenever they feel that Clay is being trashed.
Which mans, when's Clay is doing a show.
Enough with the fcuking gifs!
But when was Clay Aiken killed and replaced by his low-budget lookalike wax figure?
He's destined to play Barry Manilow in the Lifetime bio-pic.
mikers -- why is it the ENTIRE board is siding with dblue? That almost never happens for a newbie. I'll tell you why...because you are the troll.
I never saw the resemblance to Lohan, but oh my god I can't not see it. It's freaky.
I watched his season of Idol and hated all of the singers, so I wasn't happy with the outcome. He's not my taste. Then he did the whole closet thing, only to come out in such a big deal. I don't care for him.
