Is there a trick to looking up tickets? I have been on telecharge since 12:30 pm today trying to search for a single ticket. Two-Three people have posted that tickets for 10/31 are available...yet here I am searching for that date and I see nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
Also it helps to be using the Telecharge app and not the website. People seem to have the most success searching for tickets on the app rather than on a computer

I will try the App....Literally on the website and searching every time it times out. I still get "There are no seats available for your selected dates and seating sections. Please try again with different dates and/or seating sections. Premium Seating may also be available." In. Tears...
I was able to pull up that row N seat. Now I know how it works, I'll be trying for tickets for Thursday 2nd. Would those get released on Sunday, or is it different over the weekend?? Thanks for all the tips!
I have been searching on the website too (my app seems to be misfiring) and I've got as far as going into the "Select Seats" screen, but then there appear to be no seats available to select (unless I'm missing something). When I reload saying to select seats for me, it tells me none are avail. It could be this terrible computer I'm on at work, but if anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it.
And just as an aside, it's my first time posting but I've been following this board for a while and I'd like to add my voice to those appreciating CT2NYC's total generosity and selflessness in helping us try and get these tix!
I nearly had the two mezzanine seats on Halloween (together even), but the transaction glitched. I wanted to scream, but then managed to snag one orchestra row L. I'll take it! Whoa. Major emotional rollercoaster.
Right orchestra row H seat 22 is available for the 11/4 Saturday 2 PM Matinee performance! $199. It is MLB performing but I have heard he is also fantastic!
Almost bought Mezz Row E but released it, hope someone here got it. I was gonna buy it for my grandma, but she is getting older and has trouble not sleeping through anything but matinees. Still hoping something shows up for Sunday, even a premium seat if it is decent maybe.
Y'all think they're all gone now? I was able to grab right orchestra N28 and M26 for me and my best friend, but I was hoping to snag one for my boyfriend as well. Not seeing any though.
On the other hand I am SO JAZZED, this is gonna cleanse my soul of that awful experience I had waiting last Sunday

This might be a dumb question, but is there any reason to go to the box office to try to purchase tickets being released in advance? Are they ever available?

Not a dumb question at all! My experience with the box office in the past is they'll just tell you they are sold out until November 24th or something. If you then give them a specific date (like October 31st) and a section, then they will actually do a search on their database. If there is availability, they can get those seats for you. If someone on this board gets them then you're out of luck! To my knowledge, the box office sees exactly the same seats offered at telecharge; but the box office can also see availability for partial view seats like the boxes and front row orch.

They would be available at the box office 4 days before, but you would have to ask at the exact time that they're released. Before 4 days out, they're only available as wheelchair companion/transfer arm/and transfer arm companion seats. At 4 days, they're released to the general public.
I'm so proud of all you guys who got tickets today! I'm at work, so I wasn't able to search, but it looks like you guys had it under control. Way to go!

That's awesome the line dude gave you his ticket! He could have easily sold it to anyone in the line but goes to show there are good people out there (including line sitters!)
