I really don't know, although it's certainly not impossible. Betsy is certainly still doing this, but no one seems to know for sure about anyone else.
I also figure that even though Timbers is gone, that doesn't mean the writers don't have a say in who they want to cast. One casting decision maker of the originally announced creative team may be gone but that doesn't mean the whole cast has been overhauled, but it doesn't mean they haven't either. No one seems to be sure either way.
From what I've been hearing (which admittedly isn't a whole lot) it's the same principal cast from spring, but of course I'm all ears to any new info.

Since Corey Cott is pretty much unavailable because of "Bandstand" and since Jeremy Jordan is pretty busy as well, I personally would love to see Josh Young as Hans. Granted I don't know if he'd do it, but I'm very intrigued by the idea of him playing a bad guy.

You know I could see Josh young and he has a relationship with the new director through Evita. So it's a possibility.

Although I'm campaigning for Josh Young as Hans, I can TOTALLY see Jay Armstrong Johnson in the role as well!!! He has that look!!!

I wonder how they're going to portray the trolls onstage...apparently they had a much more significant role in the original draft for the film...something to do with a prophecy involving Elsa.

Hopefully, they won't. But that's just me (and I really doubt they would go for a brave decision instead of simply replicating the movie)
