I screamed, and immediately ran to my computer to purchase tickets for yet another trip. I'm also excited to see Gabby again and see how she has progressed (I caught her first performance as Small Alison)

I'm hoping they will for at least promotional performances! OR I'm sure someone will record a bootleg version. :)
First Marin in King And I, now Rebecca in Fun Home! What a great spring for replacements!

Great temporary replacement for Judy Kuhn, but we may be burying the lede a bit. If the contracts are up in March/April as has been assumed, this means Judy Kuhn has extended her contract.
I also heard an interview with Michael Cerveris on Julie James's show recently where he stated that the cast felt there was still a lot to explore in these characters. My thought was that he probably was going to extend his contract. We will see.

Well no more details at this point....but the child wrangler at Fun Home posted a photo at Instagram with two more kids in the cast - and the comments "Welcome to Cole and Maya". We should learn more soon..
We already know that Oscar is leaving at the end of the month but nothing official about anyone else yet.
Anyone else notice how much the B.O. has fallen in recent weeks? It's remained below $400,000 two weeks in a row. I'm wondering about the advance for this summer. It seems precarious suddenly, likely to everyone's surprise. (What's the break even?)

Does this mean Gabby's leaving as well?
Or one of the existing standbys is going on tour?
Just checking to make sure I got everyone's leaves, if I wanted to see Michael, Beth, Judy, Emily, Gaby, and Oscar, the dates should be March 16th to the 27th (of course, taking into account of any illness, injuries, or last-minute changes).

Rebecca Luker is taking over for Judy from April 5 to May 22 if I remember correctly as Judy has surgery but then Judy is planning to be back after that.
Emily is not with the show now and has been on a few months leave - but will also return at some point. Maybe also May? Don't remember the dates.
Oscar's last show is March 27.
I haven't heard anything specific about anyone else leaving on the 27th.....Michael was off this past week for some work but should be back this coming week and Gabby was out sick today.

Emily's coming back the same day as Judy in late May.
Thanks for letting me know about Emily. Someone earlier in this thread said she would be back in March so I was going by that.

She was supposed to, but when they announced that Luker was replacing Judy, they announced that Emily Skeggs will be gone until the day of Judy Kuhn's return date.
Where did Skeggs go and how long has she been gone for?
So I'm planning on taking some friends and family to see Fun Home in mid July, should I expect that Kuhn, Cerveris, Skeggs, and Malone will still be with the show?

Presley posted that this is her last week so the new girl must be replacing her.

Love Luker and know she will bring a lot to this role, but is she sounding pretty strained on the upper range notes?
I know what you mean, indutallguy (Luker sounding strained), but I think her breathing was off through the song. I'm sure she'll find it soon enough. Her emotions were so raw, I was transported to the theater. She might be the show stealer with this.
I'm kind of sad how little time Helen has in the show. Both Judy and Rebecca are fantastic performers, who are capable of taking on so much more.
I just realized, Rebecca Luker is now working around the corner from her husband, Danny Burstein (at the Broadway Theater in Fiddler). I wonder if they can save their producers some money and share a car coming into work.
Mazeltov to both. Always great when such talented folks keep working on Broadway (and entertaining us!).
