That's definitely either Curtis or Phillip. Jesse, Spencer, JP, and Nick have different noses. 
Also, Tiffany Engen's character is called Noreen, apparently.

I like the realistic look of the movie, but I'm skeptical.
Amanda makes a lot of wierd faces, so maybe that will make her more odd bally
and who says a girl has to be unpretty to be an offbeat? she could just be really awkward and scatterbrained and say stupid things she doesn't really mean.

Well by the end of Hairspray Penny gets glamorized - so she has to be at least "cute," I mean she cant be an ugly beast.

I think she looks so cute.
I think she looks like the Penny from the original and perhaps thats how their portraying the look of Penny.
I love this picture.
I wish I could use it as my avatar, I love Amanda that much.

I really think this movie will have the look of the JW original with the music and fun of the musical... Im glad they are taking so many unique turns with this.

I really loved the show.
I love the cast {w/ the expection of Zac, but even he's doing his damnest to be good at being Link}

I actually love, love, love the cast they have chosen. They all have their own talent in their own ways.
The ONLY thing I do not agree with is Zac Efron. He doesn't benefit the movie AT ALL.

Posted: 8/31/06 at 10:09pmHey, High School Musical isn't really anything to go by. It's ... High School Musical. And no one knows if Amanda can sing, but they're not worried about her. I think he looks adorable, and if Marc and the producers cast him, there's something right.
