It's overpriced for its location, but not because you've seen lower prices for similar seats. This show is wildly inconsistent with pricing, and there is no transparency to the pricing structure and ticket availability. For example, on Thursday/Friday last week, I managed to buy a ticket for Dress Circle, Row B, Seat 122, for $90/part. I bought the ticket a few days prior. An acquaintance mentioned to me that she had paid $210/part for Dress Circle, Row H, seat 122 For last Sunday. A few months ago, I bought a ticket in Orchestra, row Q, Seat 8 for $130/part, about a week before the performances. Last night I found a ticket for tomorrow for row Q, seat 9 (I think) for $90/part.
There is absolutely no transparency to the ticket pricing and seat locations. I saw the row Q seat on TM but decided to try my luck at the box office to avoid the fees. There were no seats available for less than $200/part. I declined, but checked TM once I stepped outside. Sure enough, row Q was still available at the $90/part price. I live here, so I am fortunate to be able to wait for these type of "surprise" releases. I can only imagine how aggravating it must be for those who must purchase months in advance.
The craziness with the pricing/returns makes me weary of the next batch of tickets being released. Unless you get the cheaper ones $20-40/part, it seems impossible to resell if you have to. Very frustrating and annoying.

This is still available - I'm willing to do $50 for both parts - would just hate for it to go to waste
Not seeing those cheap seats, but I am seeing Orchestra N seats 11-17 available for $95 pp, so count me in as super annoyed if my $99 todaytix seats suck.

Just picked up the tickets, they are right Orchestra row K, seat 2 and 4. Crisis averted! And yes they were 99 per part not total. I was afraid they'd be balcony.

I recently saw the show in A1, and I loved every second of it. I'm tall, so I didn't miss anything at the very back of the stage, but shorter people may. If I were to go again (which I so plan to), I'd go for C or D orchestra center. The show's magical from that perspective.
I have 2 tickets to Harry Potter & the cursed child for October 14,2018. The tickets are for Part 1 & Part 2 on the same day. I am unfortunately unable to attend & would like to sell the tickets. I can transfer the tickets via ticketmaster. The seating is Orchestra level S 1 & S 3. The seats are next to each other. The price is $300 for each ticket. Since it's for 2 parts & 2 tickets each the total would be $1200. Email me at tempus86@gmail.com if interested.

Hello, I’ve sat right in front of those seats and love those seats. The railing looks rough but from a row above you won’t have a problem, especially being on the even side. (The distance is different depending on the side of the balcony). If you sit down and feel like you or your girlfriend are going to have a problem, you can always get a booster seat cushion to give you an extra couple inches. I can tell you this if this is her dream show there are aspects of the show she will love being in those seats.

No, you don't. As long as you have a barcode on Ticketmaster, you'll be fine. Also, if you'd like hard tickets, you can change the delivery on Ticketmaster to Will Call, or you can show the barcode to the box office, and they'll print them for you.
Just wanted to say that thanks to the advice of everyone on this board I’ve been trying to keep an eye on tickets and check Ticketmaster pretty regularly, and as a result I just snagged orchestra row H for tomorrow/Friday at the $95/part pricepoint. Very excited! Thanks all for your wisdom and expertise!
