Wanted to thank the folks on this thread again for continuing to share updates on tickets. I was able to see the show for $40 per part tonight thanks to this! A dazzling show that I won’t soon forget. (Side note: Sam Clemmett was out but WOW was James Romney absolutely fantastic.)

I live in Tijuana (Mexico) but work in San Diego (U.S.) and whenever I am at home it shows me that same error... but no problems when I look at the tickets at work in the U.S.... I assume it acts up with international IPS addresses?
Also, question: I am going to Cursed Child the second week of December and wondering if I should buy my tix now or still wait it out... I am getting shown the $189 per part now for for row M - pretty much center (that or $165 for row F in Dress Circle). Should I still wait or should I just buy them already? They've been moving from row K to row M for the Orchestra in the past few weeks and I am nervous.

I'd get them as soon as possible. Always get tickets as soon as possible for anything, don't want to run the risk of losing the seats.
How many tickets do you need? If it's just you, I'd wait, but I'd also check availability frequently. But if it's two or more, I wouldn't wait too long to buy tickets.

I'm buying two tickets.... so yeah. I've been checking for the past 3-4 weeks and not much has changed other than those two lines selling. Also, is there a way to get them on the phone, or is ticketmaster online the only way?...

It takes a little time (but they are expensive tickets, so it's time well spent IMO), but spend a day or two searching a few times on your date for various number of tickets. Meaning, search for 1 seat and write down what seat and price the site offers. Then search for 2 seats and write down what seats and price it offers. Repeat for 3 seats, 4 seats, etc. Do this for all the available prices. For a reason I don't understand, the site offers different seats (sometimes really different like Orchestra D versus Orchestra M) at the same price. (You can take it a step further and search for 4 seats, for example, on one device and while you are holding those seats, search for 4 seats on a different device and see what the second device offers.) Once you get a sense of where all the open seats are on a given date, you can call Ticketmaster and request a certain seat. For example, I only saw Row M when I searched online for 2 seats, but when I searched for 6 seats I got Row D. I had to call Ticketmaster and specifically ask for seats 10 and 12 in Row D (which I knew were available but which the site wouldn't give me when I searched for only 2 tickets). Again, this takes a bit of time (maybe 30 minutes in total) but the tickets are SO expensive I wanted to be sure I was getting the best possible seats for the money. This also helps you make a slightly more informed decision about how to spend your money - are the $299 seats you're being offered really that much better than seats you can get at $199, etc.
Ticketmaster has released some great $95-130 seats for Halloween. Side dress circle row D on the aisle for $95 per part, center dress circle row A for $130 per part, for example.

I'm sorry if this has been covered. I tried my best to search this thread and couldn't find an answer. Can I purchase from SeetGeek with confidence? Some of the listings for combined part 1 and part 2 tickets seem too low ($125 a ticket). Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Thank you for responding. I did a bad job of explaining my question. Given that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster begin at around $165 per part, how is it that there are tickets on SeatGeek to see parts 1 and 2 going for only $125? Also, are there any sorts of restrictions on transferring tickets that I'm not aware of? I'm thinking along the lines of the tickets being tied in some way to the original purchaser. Thanks again for any help you can provide. I would like to purchase tickets for my wife's birthday and we don't regularly attend Broadway shows so this is all new to me.
Where are the seats? for instance..rear balcony seats were only $20 per part. not all the seats are $165. you are allowed to transfer, not a problem. hope this helps! its a great show.

Thank you! I was able to upgrade my tickets that I bought a year ago!
Aha, I see. That explains the pricing and I appreciate your help. I ended up buying tickets to the Halloween performances, as that seems like a better value.
If anyone is looking for a single for Halloween have a great Orch L row W single ticket for both shows for $100 each ($200 total). Won't be able to go - can transfer thru Ticketmaster.
Im not sure if this is the right thread but i have 2 tickets that i cant use for both Part I and Part II for oct 11 & 12. Seats are right orchestra row s. Price is $400 for each tix, which is below cost. Willing to sell the tix together or separately. Please PM me if interested. Thanks
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Anyone know if they are strict with needing to provide the original credit card of purchase when picking up the tickets? I realized I no longer have that card.

Not strict at all. They ask for the credit card or photo I.D. But, most of the time, they don’t ask to verify your identity at all.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." My personal experience is that it depends on what ticket window you go to. The first time I went in July they asked for both ID and credit card at the main box office. The second time I went in September I picked up my tickets in the box office in the souvenir shop and she didn't ask for anything other than the last name that the tickets were under.
I had this exact same concern over my September tickets because between July and September the credit card I used was hacked, so it was closed and destroyed and replaced with a new card. In the emails you get from the theater leading up to the show it says if you are picking up your tickets at will-call and no longer have the card you used to call Ticketmaster. I did that and they told me to bring a printout of the credit card statement showing the charge for the tickets on it. That would suffice as proof.
If anyone is interested in going on Halloween, they have pretty good orchestra seats on Ticketmaster for $95 per part which seems to be the cheapest option these days.
I am selling 1 Ticket I can't use to "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" for the October 31st Halloween shows at the Lyric Theater on Broadway in NYC. This Ticket is for 2 shows, part 1 at 2:00 pm and part 2 for 7:30 pm. Tickets will be a digital transfer from Ticket Master. The seat is in the Left Orchestra section in row W; seat number 29. Price is $150 (75 each part, less than what was paid, don't want it to go to waste). Message me
If anyone is looking for a couple of decent seats for 3/17/19, which might be the last day of the original cast, orchestra Y 36-38 are available on Ticketmaster for $95 per part.

You will get to sit near to me if you get these tickets!
