Barrett Foa too. And Neil Patrick Harris...even thought he's not technically *on* Broadway at the moment, but whatever. Just look at my avatar for proof. 
As for girls...ok, so neither of them are actually on Broadway at the moment either, but Bebe Neuwirth and Melissa Errico.

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

Okay so he's not on Broadway right now, but he has been several times... so Patrick Wilson would get my vote for #1.
And Norbert Leo Butz (he was still on Broadway about a month ago), Christian Hoff, Matt Cavenaugh (again, not on Broadway but wow), and I know I've got a lot more but those are the ones off the top of my head.

I think Norbert Leo Butz is my number one choice. Also, I agree with Cheyenne Jackson and Barrett Foa.
As for the girls, I think Kelli O'Hara is gorgeous. So is Eden Espinosa.
