4 weeks left. and they should have added the Wednesday matinees earlier, too. they're not selling. However, their rush is very easy now, so it's a good time to go.

I saw this for the second time last night. Loved it even more that I did the first time. Sat in the center of the third row of the front mezzanine, and the view was absolutely perfect. This is truly such a beautiful and unique show. I hope it has more life beyond Broadway - I'd love for more people to get the chance to experience this.
Side note: Did they do away with the journal Playbill inserts? They didn't seem to have them last night. I took my mom (her first time seeing it), and wanted her to read it before the show to get a sense of what she was about to see.
"There’s nothing quite like the power and the passion of Broadway music. "
Saw this both yesterday evening and last week -- got a journal in my Playbill last Monday, but did not get one last night. Seems they ran out sometime this past week and may not be planning to produce more for the final weeks.
Seen Illinoise three times now, and it remains one of the most moving, open-hearted productions I've ever seen. Hoping to go at least one more time, maybe I'll finally remember to bring tissues.
I was able to grab a ticket for the final performance for $68 on Monday. Looked like it was some cancellations that popped up. Otherwise, tickets are $150+.

What a beautiful final show. Cried several times. No speech at the end but the cast and musicians were clearly emotional.
Please let there be a life for this show after tonight. A short tour? Something!!

Over on Reddit, some are saying this may play in either Toronto or London (or both) in 2025.

They closed the balcony. I did not like this at all. Corny campfire nonsense, and the choreo was dreadful. Very much looking forward to Sunset Blvd, it looks right up my alley. They will be able to fill the balcony I’m sure. Loved the last revival with Glenn.
Bway Flash continues to be a deplorable a$$hat. Anyway, a small show like ILLINOISE would have been lost to anyone sitting in the balcony. There was no need to open it even when ticket sales were doing well.

How does disliking a show make anyone a deplorable a$$hat? I have even stronger negative feelings towards Illinoise but it doesn't make me any of the epithets you just used. Some people really got butt hurt this horrible dance recital wasn't universally adored.
Flash is nothing but negative on these boards. And then stating ILLINOISE couldn't fill the balcony when it was never open for sale to begin with illustrates his ignorance.

Only you would say a show that won Best Choreography that the choreography was "dreadful".
How does it affect your life that the balcony was closed? "Corny campfire nonsense" You are so tiresome.
"I hope your Fanny is bigger than my Peter."
Mary Martin to Ezio Pinza opening night of Fanny.
Okay, what about sappy? But I still thought it was corny. The whole Superman number?? The mayor dancing around? I did see it, why would I just be talking about something I haven’t see
