I've loved the name Brooklyn since before it was a musical, but now that it is I would maybe name her after that. I also really like Logainne (from Bee) for a girl. I'm kind of into boys names for girls. It's early and I can't think anymore.
okay hmmm
Christine : POTO
Anne : The Woman in White
Sohpie : Mamma Mia
Clara : Piazza
Jill : After Jill Paice ( WIW) I lovee that name

Umm...wow. I don't think I'll...uh...have children. But if, for some wild reason, I became pregnant, I do have a backup plan for naming my children.

I would probably name my son Billy since that's a name that I often hear in a Broadway musical.

A little off topic, but I LOVE Raul Esparza's name and Manoel Felciano's name too. So unque.
I agree, especially about Manoel's name. They also both have first and last names that happen to sound perfect together.
Others I like:
Adele (Jane Eyre)
Johanna (Sweeney Todd)
April (Rent and Company, probably others)

Whatever name I pick for my child, I WON'T tell them it'a after a Broadway character, so they don't hate me forever, and I won't make it public, I dont need my son getting the crap kicked out of him after school because he's named after a broadway musical character. I would'nt be that cruel..............Yeah..........here's my son "El Gallo"..........now go beat him up
Well, I think a kid named "El Gallo" might run into some problems with or without knowing his name was from a show.

I don't plan on naming my kids after characters, but maybe a fish or hermit crab or cat or something.
Any future pets I may have will be named:
Ursula
Mrs. Lovett
Velma
Roxie
Bob (Fosse)
Gaston
Cosette
edit: my kids will have nice, normal names

iheart- I don't think I picked such odd names.
Trekkie Monster.
Yea...definitely Trekkie Monster.
It sounds so European, no?
Something tells me that "Jennyanydots" would have a rough time surviving the third grade.
Gypsy Rose Lee
My horses names are epinone and marius. Those are like my children.
I hope you didn't breast feed.
I wanted to name my gerbil Eponine, but my mom said she'd feel ridiculous telling me to clean out Eponine's cage.
So it was named Sydney instead.
