Someone should just ask Haven about the 2nd. Perhaps I will the next time I talk to her. Or she could email the broadwayunderstudies kids, and have them post it...

On a slightly off topic note, has anyone seen that Verizon commercial with the guy talking to his daughter about how he didn't know if his cell phone would work for him (it's a really pink, sparkly phone). They show the daughter for like half a second, but every time, I think it's Becky Gulsvig. Clearly, I'm insane.

fyi Ryness (that would be Bryce Ryness's band) is performing this Friday 2/22 at 11pm at Connolly's Pub- I am really enjoying the music that he has up on his mySpace, and trying to figure out if I could actually swing going to this...

It's definitely her. I've seen the commercial at least 10 times and it's her. Becky's so cute!

for those not on her mySpace, fyi Nikki Snelson is *finally* taking a vacation. :) There will be Brooke Wyndham understudies from March 17 - March 23.

She said that her last day may be April 6 and then she is doing the ACL tour.

from the same mySpace bulletin, her last day at Blonde is "seeming like April 6th"...'seeming like' as if it could change maybe? But sounds like Apr 6 it is.

I was at the Palace Theatre stagedoor talking to Kate Shindle tonight when they found out LBB was going to be out. The stagedoor guy seemed really excited.

If it's the same doorman as it was in the Aida days, he is not very shy about expressing his opinions on cast members to the general public.

Apparently there is intense understudies at LB tonight.

Five girls are out so Rod Harrelson will be playing the judge and the store girl. That's crazy!

I can only assume, LBB isn't back, TJE is out and probably another girl....

eta: if anyone goes will you pls report back on if they change up the lyrics any? Like, does Rod as the judge still sing "But if he turns out straight I'm free at 8 on Saturday" in There! Right There! That sort of thing- I always wondered if they changed stuff like that around in these instances...

And, since I am a dork, if anyone else was wondering about line changes for Rod, they became "...and here's how I taught it to the Laker Girls," in Bend and Snap, and "...my sister's free at 8 on Saturday" in There! Right There!

lol, you're welcome! Rod on in Amber's track was great- his Judge rocked, loved it, and the line changes cracked me up- but I give *huge* props to Michelle Kittrell, who swung in as Serena and was really good in this track that she doesn't even cover! Yes I know she's dance captain and all, but, as someone who has seen Blonde... um, more than once, lol... if I didn't know I would've sworn that she was a regular Serena u/s.

Lindsay Nicole Chambers covered Michelle's, Becky's, AND April's Track. She's my new favorite.

In So Much Better they were down 2 girls, so Nikki went on and Paul Cannan wore a wig and was lip singing. It was hilarious.
