Posted: 10/12/06 at 11:18pmKevin Kern covered David JoBerg and Peter Kapetan's roles tonight, JoBerg was on as Sammy, Mike McGurk was on as Shane, and they had tracks missing all over the place due to lack of guys.

Posted: 10/12/06 at 11:25pmWow--that seems like it was a mess. Especially during Casualty cause Kevin would have to be on as the dad and bad haircut guy which is kind of impossible.

I still think Kern is going to be diagnosed as a schizophrenic one of these days, LOL. :-P Him having to cover two tracks is only supporting this. I SWEAR, OKAY.

Posted: 10/13/06 at 3:31amI only saw him as two of the Boyz. He was my first Luke, which I only got to see once, and I've seen him as Matthew.. 7 times.

I'm going on the 28th! Really looking forward to seeing it again.
The next day I was thinking about going to see Wicked. The tickets for that show are handled by a different company though.
Any one got any good site(s) that I could go to for discount tix for that show? I used broadway offers for Wedding Singer, but they don't do Wicked.
I know this is not about the Wedding Singer, but you all seem to have good idea on how ot get cheap tix.
If I wait til the day of the show, will the TKTS booth have some? I may end up going to see Wedding Singer again just because.

Posted: 10/13/06 at 11:05amI dont think you can get Wicked tickets at a discounted price. At least I've never seen it on any of the websites that offer the discounts. It's still really popular. They do have a lotto though so you could try that.

The show was HILARIOUS last night! Can't give a full review because I'm actually leaving in like an hour to go again today, but to sum it up:
I definitely missed Tina. There's no denying that. It may take me a little while to get readjusted to Laura because even though Laura wasn't officially announced as out yet everytime I went over the summer, Tina was always on everytime I was there and I haven't seen Laura since the very beginning of July. I did miss some of her cutesy little things, like the "YAY!" at the beginning of 'Dumpster'. At the beginning of 'Pop' she said "Did you know Robbie even wrote Glen a song? Wait why would he write Glen a song?!?! Did you know he even wrote Linda a song???" I thought Amy was gonna lose it, lol.
Kevin Kern playing Peter Kapetan's parts seriously, I lose it everytime. He is just too cute for words. I was cracking up everytime he came onstage. His Ronald Reagan paired with Cara's Nancy was PRICELESS!!! The 2 of them had me rolling on the floor, well not really but you get the point, lolz! Lucky for me Peter was the only one out
Although I would not have been disappointed if say Tina went on...or Kevin as Robbie. I was just relieved since the night before Matt Allen was out and I would have missed him too much. Need to get finish up with him and Cara.
I also remember during 'Somebody Kill Me Please' Stephen got soooooo into it that the guitar pick literally flew up into the air and landed on the bed, it was hilarious.
The Constantine fans there last night weren't horrible, thank goodness. And I enjoyed his performance last night very much.
There were 4 Bachelorette parties in the audience last night, it was really cute.
Ummmmm I believe that's it for now...more later about how this afternoon goes!
