It still says I have 57 minutes to go. Not moving particularly fast like some of the other members mentioned

Mine just jumped to more than an hour, now it says the Queue has been paused. What is going on with this?

Got down to 1,701… 16 min. It jumped back up to 53. But then the time disappeared and it says “the que has been paused”… yikes. Lol

Maybe it's the code. They might be trying to fix it.

Keep your place in line. Don't close the tab. Wait until they fix the problem.
Yes, all caps, no caps! Ilm guessing that's why it's paused??

The system might've been overwhelmed and had to pause for a moment to fix the problem.

Also getting the paused queue message. This process is not rolling along very merrily.

I just did a Google search. When Streetcar was in the West End this year, they send this through Twitter: Ambassador Theater Group twitter sent thisL
"Our queue has re-opened. We are experiencing high demand for this event. We still have plenty of tickets available - so don't close your browser, you'll be able to progress through shortly."
I just keep trying!
Most likely, the system wasn't prepared for the overwhelming demand all at once. They probably wanted to pause it before a potential crash.
