Spring Awakening - I fail to see anything 'revolutionary' about it
Aida - thought the score was horrible and the plot contrived and predictable.
The Producers - WAY overrated
Cats

The revival of Sunday in the Park With George drove me up the wall...

In The Heights. I enjoyed it, but certainly never understood the hype that it got...I think its an average show, nothing special at all.

Oh I totally forgot about In The Heights....its charm eluded me and I couldn't understand one word that came out of Lin-Manuel's mouth.
"The sexual energy between the mother and son really concerns me!"-random woman behind me at Next to Normal
"I want to meet him after and bang him!"-random woman who exposed her breasts at Rock of Ages, referring to James Carpinello

Hello Dolly (I spent the whole show waiting for the Waiter's Gallop (I am a dancer) and after the show remembered next to nothing except for that number and Mo Brady's adorable Barnaby) This was the 5th Avenue Production in Seattle this last season.
Spring Awakening
The Lion King (after the opening number)
Wicked

You know the plot is based on the Verdi opera, right?

"Les Mis - Ok story line, good music but it's nothing great. Why it is running STILL on London is beyond me... I should see so my opinion is fair. I'm an idiot :P lol "
Ok story?? Les Mis is quite essentially one of the greatest novels of all time?????? I'd hardly call the story "Ok," infact I find the story fascinating.
On stage, I could see why you could think it's confusing, it chops at the years a lot, but still the essential elements of the story are there.
Also something that LizzieCurry added:
Y/K Phantom
I love that song "Home," but I couldn't really comprehend/understand the niches of the story, just the essential one!

Forgot about "The Lion King" too...first scene has you in tears, the rest bores you to tears.

Chess:
I just saw the concert that aired on PBS...was I the only one who had no clue what was going on?

OMG, I'm halfway through the Chess concert, and thinking the exact same thing. It sounds beautiful, but I haven't a clue why anyone is doing anything at the moment.

Phantom of the Opera and Jersey Boys. They are the only two shows curently on Broadway that I would have to pause and think about if I would want to see them.

Oh how did I forget The 39 Steps.
Changing hats is only funny so many times. And they reached that number within about four and a half minutes.

Add me for CHESS too. I thought I .. sort of understood it from the Elaine Paige/Judy Kuhn cast recordings, but ... this concert blew me away at how I knew so little of it...

Ha. So many of my favorite shows getting name checked here. But I'll throw my two cents in for Billy Elliot. It was totally...okay.
The show that everyone loved that I couldn't stand, though? The Drowsy Chaperone.
