via twitter“@LeapofFaithbway: Congratulations Ta'Rea Campbell, Angel of Mercy in@LeapofFaithbway , now Delores in the national tour of Sister Act. http://t.co/ouRyneWG”
Ta'Rea is playing Deloris. Raven is not doing the tour.
I'm surprised their hasn't been an official press release. I suppose they're waiting to announce the full cast all at once, maybe?
"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe."
-John Guare, Landscape of the Body
I guess they're using the London tracks where Tina and Michelle are both black and Deloris understudies as opposed to the Broadway tracks where only Michelle covers Deloris.
Ta'Rea sounds great in that video! Apparently Louise Pitre is the Mother Superior. Not sure how much truth there is too it, however. Does anyone know who else is in the cast?

Blair Goldberg is in the ensemble and covers Mary Patrick, Tina and Michelle, Ashley Moniz is in the ensemble and covers Mary Robert and Charles Barksdale is T.J. Rehearsals start tomorrow according to some of the tour cast. Anyone know other names?

maybe they'll wait to announce the cast after the Broadway production closes on Sunday.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
^ That is what I was thinking. I remember just one or two days after the London production closed, it was announced that Patina Miller would be reprising the role on Broadway.
I totally would have thought Blair Goldberg would cover Mary Robert, but I'm excited to see her do more after her little hamming it up she did in Carrie.
