Looks like the mods did some clean up here. Rather delete specific posts, just delete the entire thread. It has been nothing but arguments from the start.

I was thinking that should be done. I’m about to start work and I’ll breathe and think about what I post in the future. I’m sorry I was so ridiculous.

Okay no I have to bump this. Several performers have now posted apologies for not stagedooring. This is not okay or normal. It’s very simple. You see the show. You applaud and cheer at the moments that merit it. You cheer loudly and applaud during the curtain call-then you go home. Performers are human and the most recent performer to apologize said they had been suffering very bad anxiety during the show. Are people so important that their selfie or autograph is higher up on the list of the performers priorities, rather than going home and taking care of themself? Please be smart. It doesn’t matter if it’s the west end, Broadway or tour. Please go home.

Yeah I did do that. But now I’m upset by people who think autographs and selfies are more important than respecting performers boundaries.
Don’t like it? Then it’s your turn to step away.

Yeah I did do that.
No you didn't, or you'd stop this ridiculous yelling into the wind about everything. Do you REALLY think you are doing any good? You are not.

Let me ask you then-do you think you are? Please seriously think about your comments in response to mine and think about if they do any good

Do literally have nothing better to do than hijack every single thread on this board with your constant nitpicking and finger pointing?

Lol oh please. I was coming back to this board to make a comment related to the topic. Then everyone decided “no let’s attack this person”(don’t say you’re not, because at this point you are). Is that productive? And please don’t be overdramatic. *Most* of my comments are not nitpicking or “finger pointing”, so shut it with that.

Hey I was actually contributing to this post. You’re just provoking me and accusing me of doing something I haven’t. Whose the one wasting their time here? How about you’re Elsa :)

Please... just stop posting in this thread... The back and forth is exhausting...

The comment I made that originally bumped this thread was on topic. So if you don’t want to see the back and forth, don’t come to the thread :)
if you're going to be so passionate about changing other people's behavior couldn't you focus on something worthwhile like racism or rapists? Actors getting anxiety because they're afraid of disappointing people is literally no one's ****ing problem.
Wow. Summer break has clearly begun.
Only coming back here to post something on topic, rather than go back and forth with a wall.
I saw several shows stage dooring tonight. I even participated in one of them, because I know someone in the cast (and partially to spite hearthemsing, because sometimes I can be petty like that lol). It felt pretty darn safe, mainly because I was wearing a mask, and so were the actors. It was my first time stage dooring since Broadway reopened, and it felt nice to have a little bit of normalcy. Even though I'll probably stick with leaving right after, unless I know someone.
