While anything is possible....I wouldn't count on it....it's selling extremely well. Usually, the new discount doesnt' come out until the current one is about to expire.
As far as aisle seats...I couldn't tell you. However, it seems as if the discount covers less and less desireable seats -- sides instead of the center or in the back I wouldn't be suprised if aisle seats are no longer available for discounts...if nothing else because they are being sought after.
Totally worth the full price!

I was at the show tonight, and it was even better the third time. I stood in SRO and got to support Will when he scared women in front of me by leaning over the barricade, Darius smacked my ass and Caissie gave everyone lovely pats on the back. I have to say so far SRO is my favorite place to watch the show from, and that Tuesday nights are my least favorite because it seemed kind of uptight compared to weekend shows. There weren't a lot of people wanting to get into it more than reminiscing about "Good Morning Starshine" and the like. There were at least four people on my side of the orchestra who must've gotten refunds because they never came back after intermission.
Improv of the night goes to Will, who stole some woman's Twizzlers from the front row and handed them out to the cast.
"And now you get to watch them sing with licorice in their mouth. Watch for the spitting."
I think she knew what would happen only because she gave him money without reservation.
All in all a good show :)

Hi Everyone, I recently saw HAIR for the first time and I loved it!! The energy from the performers was amazing. The whole cast is so talented beyond words. Will was fantastic as Berger. He had me right when he was introducing himself. Someone came in late and he asked them why they were late. He then said you can call me I always come on time to the theater Berger too funny!! I saw Jay Armstrong Johnson on as Claude and he was great. Since I didnt see Gavin I now have a reason to go back:)
My seats were in the right orchestra and I had such awesome cast interactions. During Hair, Jackie Burns played with my hair and said I have lovely hair. At the beginning of Act II Caissie Levy sat on my lap. She asked if she was hurting me. Then she gave me a hug. The highlight for me was during Electric Blues. Darius took me from my seat and picked me up. Will saw this and came over and started dancing behind me. I dont know how I kept my composure during that.
I saw it on 7/5 also. Jay did a phenomenal turn as Claude! Loved his take on the character! I was in the Boxes and was enthralled watching a special needs audience member in the front row. He was with his parents and obviously knew the music well. He was so filled with Joy during the whole show. At the end his parents helped him stand so he could dance. It actually brought a tear to my eye.

I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&.
"Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."
I'm going for my birthday on Aug. 6. I splurged and bought the premium tickets, not for me, but for my mom. I she loved it (and Will Swenson LOL)when I took her for Mother's day and I know she really wanted to go again. She's been having a really, really rough time lately, and the best birthday present I can get is her having a good time. And I lucked out with Row A seats 107 and 108. So am very, very excited

"Even I think that's hot, and I'm a straight guy. If I ever become gay he is the reason." - Drunk Chita Rivera on Gavin Creel
"Leia947 is my theatre mamma, and I love her for it." - AndAllThatJazz22
While I am disappointed to miss Gavin....I'm excited to hear such positive things about Jay. (I'm going during Gavin's vacation.)
Can't wait....missin' me some Hair.

Dramamama, believe me, once Jay steps on stage you will completely forget about Gavin! Both are incredible and both make Claude their own! I wish I had seen Steel go on as Berger.

At this point, I just wanna see the show!!! Gavin or not. Is there a chance that Jay is going to play Claude on tour? (I'm not seeing Hair till it tours).

I think it's WAY too soon for any Tour Cast announcements at this point.
I'm excited to see Jay.....I love understudies...but it's easier to say that when I've been lucky enough to see the originals! (Besides...it gives me a great excuse to see the show again. And Again!)
