Are you able to divulge more? Very curious!"
So what’s your relationship to the show?"
No relationship but I follow some of the people that work on it. And I know how hard they worked and I saw it for myself and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. I also saw Ragtime and have been watching the news of potentially transferring to the Palace. So I am curious if there are any more details on this that can be shared.

is that spoiler?"
Wait...I saw the show. Am I forgetting puppets? Was this about the three religious leaders (Pope, Bishop, Mormon elder) who show up?
I'm acknowledging the possibility that there were puppets somewhere else in the show, and I just zoned out. But I definitely don't remember human-sized puppets.

They worked really hard the past few weeks to make changes based on feedback and the least people could do is give a fair chance and see it with an open mind before commenting.
There are far worse shows on Broadway right now that don't receive this level of unwarranted hate from people who have not even seen the show."
Won't somebody think of Elton John and his scrappy little show fighting against adversity to make a name for itself...
Get the **** over yourself, this show is not your child. I doubt you're even an investor. Quit ****ing whining about people having a negative reaction to a show that illicited a negative reaction. I promise you, it is going to be okay. You are going to wake up tomorrow and live another day.
You're referring to a project that is asking on average $100 to be seen .

Don't know if I should be horrified, delighted, or amused that I have zero recollection of this. :)"
If you saw it earlier in previews it might not be in it. I think it was put back in after feedback that it was an important part of the story of how they developed their relationship in the beginning.
Bad Cinderella was already being declared a flop before it started previews and everyone was right. Same for this absolute trainwreck of a show.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Wow, nasty much? You have to use expletives when I voice my opinion? And I didn't pay $100 to see it and I though it was worth more than what I paid for it.

Michael Cerveris was just interviewed on TV and said within the last few previews they changed the lyrics to the first verse of his big song. Will be interesting to see how these reviews play out!

Please go find a meditation room and calm down"
You've been bitching about every negative opinion of this show for like 4 weeks...
So yes when I saw the show 1st week of previews, Jim came out with his puppets, and it’s their meet cute.
But at the end of that scene the screens came down and where the religious leaders would be later there were human sized versions of the puppets waving to everyone.

Actually you're mistaken because I saw the show 4 days ago and haven't bitched about anyone's negative opinions. YOU'RE the one that's been bitching about this show the past 4 weeks and trying to tear it down.
ivy3 said: "Can we actually leave this thread for the reviews and take the discussion about the show to the other thread?"
It's pretty traditional for the reviews thread to become the de facto all-purpose thread when a show opens. Everyone just got started a day early on this one.
No? This is your first post stating "where are the changes" - I must have you confused with other haters who lurk here.
Btw, nice language.
Classy.
Why is it these days if someone has a negative opinion they are considered "haters"? Just odd.
"
I think in this instance, the negative reviews have been so totally over the top that the above poster’s labeling people as haters is completely justified. However, I think he is mistakenly including Jordan in that mix. Jordan gave a pretty even handed review.
