Can anyone confirm that the partial view seats are fine? The Broadway 2 for 1 price is good, but I wanna be sure before I hit buy. Thanks!

I sat in the left box, about as extreme as you can get, and the view was nearly impeccable. You miss no actual action.

We’re coming to NYC in April with our 13 year old daughter. Will 2 Strangers still be playing and do you think my kid who enjoys musicals enough would like it? If not, would Spelling Bee be the better choice? I’ve fallen in love with some of the songs with Sam so I selfishly want to see Two Strangers.
Houston, Texas native Austin Colburn is joining the cast for his Broadway debut, as a second standby for Dougal.
Recent SIX alternate Jana Larell Glover joins as an additional Robin cover.

saw this coming. congrats to both. Hiring an extra standby for each with the recent sickness running around Broadway and possible future vacation dates makes perfect sense.

If no one's responded to this, it should still be playing then, and yes, I think she would enjoy it. It's fun and funny with a lot of heart, and as you already know, the songs are catchy and the cast is very talented. A kid that age who enjoys musicals would probably enjoy it a lot.
The company will appear on Good Morning America tomorrow for an interview and performance.

Does anyone know when the current discount goes until? I’m looking at tickets for June but don’t know if they’ll be in another coat available by then
Do we know if they are going to record a cast album ?
Edit: ignore my comment. Someone with real info posted below.

I'm going to hazard a guess that it won't be a priority for them as they already have the UK cast album with Tutty on it.

That's amazing J, I just loved this entire show, and the score is a major highlight.

The communal theatre going / art consuming experience is amazing, I genuinely love that we can all go see the same piece and respond in different ways. I just caught Two Strangers and it was heart warming to sit in a house with an audience that was eating it all up... while I sat there, confounded.
The Good:
The Rest:
Also in retrospect there was in fact very little cake carrying...

The sister is an a-hole who was punishing her. Same reason she invited her groom's secret child without telling him, leaving it to be a surprise on him at the wedding.
She didn't allow her to go upstairs.
She was told to leave it with the front desk. She clearly wasn't offstage long enough to have gone upstairs.
She's depressed. Avoiding people when you're depressed, even those who love you, is not uncommon. She even sang a whole song about how hard it was trying to be happy for other people, specifically mentioning acting happy for her grandmother.
There were...two? (One of which was really about his mother.)

Love to see the press, but come on, NYT: "Tutty said he doesn’t has much time for exploring during the show’s run, but Pitts is still trying to get him off the beaten track."
Heads-up that the regular prices for this spring have dropped on Telecharge. What was a $179 seat in April is now $149, and other such reductions for those who want to buy ahead.
