I know Victoria Clark was not eligible for this season's awards outside of the Tonys, but I have to imagine Annaleigh is a now very serious contender for the Tony. She is a critical and awards darling of the season. Does anyone else think there is a good chance we see Annaleigh win her second Tony in a few weeks?"
No, Kimberly Clark will Win tthe TONY

Featured Actress in a Play - Silverman, Crawford or Sullivan
Best Book - Shucked or Kimberly Akimbo
Play Revival - Piano Lesson or Doll’s House

The ceremony or the opening number?
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
Also the play ones for Costume and Lightining are toss up for me.
I have Pi for Set, Doll's House for Sound and don't know if Leopoldstadt takes Costumes or also goes to Pi, as with Lightining between Prima Facie or Pi.
I think because Pi's costumes include the puppets, that tips it in favor of Pi, but I would LOVE if Ain't No Mo' got an award there. I'm thinking Doll's House for sound as well, with it taking lighting too (though I could see Pi getting lighting as well, and haven't seen Prima Facie).
Orchestrations I've also gone back and forth between all the options. I think most likely it'll be Some Like It Hot with a possibility for & Juliet there, but I wouldn't count anyone out really. Lighting for Sweeney, costumes probably Some Like It Hot (with also a large possibility for & Juliet), and sound for NYNY (with again a possibility for & Juliet).
My Final Predictions (don't follow plays much so those are less educated guesses):
