Oh indeed, I will be dancing like the maniac that I am when La Vie Boheme starts up. Sure people will think I'm a nutcase but what else is new? I think the movie theatre staff probably already thinks that since my friend jumped out of his seat during Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when Marvin gets shot in the head screaming "YOU KILLED MARVIN YOU ASSHOLES!!!" at the screen. :-P Normally, I believe in holding a semi-state of sanity in public places but come on, it's the RENT movie. If that isn't screaming "Throw all common sense to the wind and dance to the soundtrack like there's no tommorow" then I don't know what is.
And Race, don't worry, I've been worrying about his mental health for quite some time now. Ever since he growled at the furniture.... But that is another story alltogether.
And no official trailer release date has been announced as of now but the educated speculation that seems to be floating around is probably a teaser either on the internet or in front of another film in the next month or so. Although the movie site came alot earlier then we anticipated so you never know.
I wanted to get something that an "ex"-junkie like him would really appreciate and cherish....it's a brick of heroin shaped like a heart.

I went to a Salute to Broadway and did jump up and dance during LVB! And I plan to scream after Anthony says 'complusive bowlers' and I just plan to have to see the movie seventy times because I'll get kicked out each time i get up and dance! But god, is it worth it?
HELL YEAH! =8->

Hey all... I don't know how many other people actually still check here, but I had an idea.
I'm not really sure how we'd do this, but we should all rally together and request a midnite showing of RENT when it opens. I think that would be the most amazing experience ever. I'm not really sure how likely this venture is to ever taking fruition, but I can always dream can't I?
Well, respond if you have any ideas. This could be an amazing opportunity!
I bet EVERYONE in the theater will moo when Maureen tells us to. That would be SOOOOO cool! I sure am but my mom definatly won't. She says it's "a bit childish" DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH! That's why we do it!
There does need to be a midnight showing for all the RENTheads, so we can scream and sing and not get kicked out. And there shall be mooing and I shall go make people not mooing moo if I have to sit on them.
I'm gathering a large group of friends to go see it the day it comes out in the Tampa, FL area, if anyone here wants to join.

Thanks, loudasthehelliwant :) There's this person on Photobucket.com (the search button isn't working for me or I would have posted the link, but if you search for RENT they're one of the search results) that has TONS of RENT avatars, it was very exciting! ^^

"Kali, why is Roger on a cliff?"
"Because the cliff is love, Rachel."
"Oh."
I figured I might as well post this here as well, seeing as it's back for now.
I got a PM from Anthony the other day, asking me to share the following with y'all:
I just wanted to get the word out that they've been holding onto my blogs for the official site for some time now, so they won't be exactly current. Hence the confusion about what we're shooting when.
He also said they finish on Wednesday, then off to LA for a bit. After LA, Adam and a small crew head to Santa Fe, then they're finished!
REALLY? It must be trailer time then. I need to go see any movie with the trailer...even if I leave after the previews.
HOLY SQUEE, IT'S REALLY HAPPENING!!

YES! There needs to be a midnight showing for all us crazy RENTheads! We can try to beat out the starwars geeks in their fanaticalness (is that even a word? :-P) And loudasthehelliwant, I will DEFINITLY moo if Idina asks for it in the movie. Seriously all us RENT heads need to get together so we can all go see the movie together and cause a huge uproar of RENT obsessivness!

Yeah moo and dance. All that good stuff. The other people in the theatre will probably think we're nuts, but whatever. And Dream if I get my license in the fall or before then my bf and I will try and come down to California so you'll have some people to go with. Then we can totally make fools of ourselves with pride altogether. Whoohoo! Maybe by that time we'll have converted someone else to CSI as well. Hehehehe. Sound like a plan?

If there is a midnight NYC showing I'll be there. I'll be living on Statten Island (going to college) so all I'll need to do is hop the ferry. WOOHOO I'M GOING TO BE LIVING A FERRY RIDE AWAY FROM BROADWAY!

With a stone clutched in his hand
He was only a boy
But he knew someone must take a stand
There will always be a valley
Always mountains one must scale
There will always be perilous waters
Which someone must sail

Me and my two RENT-head friends are going to the movite theater in costume as Angel, Mimi, and Maureen. SQUEE! Less than 6 months away... *pokes calendar impatiently* Move faster, will ya? *calendar smirks at me* Ummm... okay, too much pepsi in my system I think... *turns on RENT soundtrack, squees incessantly*.
Yeah. I say a bunch of us meet up somewhere and all go see the movie and make fools of ourselves! Or not.

Believe me, if I could go to a midnight showing with a bunch of rentheads and make a fool of myself, I would!! Too bad it's during the school week and I live in the middle of nowhere!
"Kali, why is Roger on a cliff?"
"Because the cliff is love, Rachel."
"Oh."
Yeah college'll get in the way. But it would be fun anyway.

Well I meant myself going to college, well community college, but still college. God lots to do. Freshmen year is good. Sometimes difficult, but high school has it's ups and downs just like any other school.
